Great Doctor. POOR administrative staff. I ordered contacts. They can't even track when they came in to let a patient know they arrived. According to them "because of Covid" they're short-staffed. I was "assured" I'd be called as soon as they came in. I had to follow up to find out on. Wednesday I can pick them up when in reality they showed up on a Monday. So their excuse - they are busy. And when a patient complains that this is the third time they can't notify a patient for their lenses, they released me as their patient! Can't make this up!
