Dr. Ross is an EXTRAORDINARY Orthopedic physician who has successfully run her solo practice for the 15 years that I have been her patient. Throughout that time she has provided exceptional care and compassion that I've found to be second to none. Because I hadn't seen for for a few years, I had to wait for a new patient appt. In the interim, I was seen at Rothman and they said that they couldn't help me. But when I saw Dr. Ross, her thorough assessment got me on the right track for proper diagnosis, strength and pain management. She is the total package.

The office staff is friendly and polite, but Laura Ross is not a good dentist at all. As I have found, due to lake of knowledge and experience, she might not be able to understand what the problem is. It takes a few weeks until you find that she did not fix the problem. Also, never take her recommendations seriously. Overall, I do not recommend her at all.

Dr Ross is an excellent Orthopedic surgeon with extensive knowledge in various conditions. She explains very clearly, listens and answers questions thoroughly. Office staff is great

I hate seeing a dentist, but I'll make an exception for Dr. Ross (& staff) at Hartland Dental. No waiting, appointment on time. ALL the latest equipment for treatment and diagnosis. Very gentle DMD and hygienist. Very professional. They both caught a budding problem before it became a major problem. A truly satisfying and painless experience.

Dr. Ross and her staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I had my first exam and cleaning today. I have been there once before for zoom whitening, which is amazing! If you haven't tried it, you should! My hygienist, Katherine, was fun to chat with as well as thorough in her work. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Overall, superb dental care. I will be taking my two children there for cleanings next month. The office was very clean, and they were taking every necessary precaution regarding COVID-19.
