Dr. Ross is an EXTRAORDINARY Orthopedic physician who has successfully run her solo practice for the 15 years that I have been her patient. Throughout that time she has provided exceptional care and compassion that I've found to be second to none. Because I hadn't seen for for a few years, I had to wait for a new patient appt. In the interim, I was seen at Rothman and they said that they couldn't help me. But when I saw Dr. Ross, her thorough assessment got me on the right track for proper diagnosis, strength and pain management. She is the total package.

I recently needed to make a follow up appt and I had the displeasure of speaking with the receptionist “Olivia” who was very rude and dismissive if this is the kind of service that’s being provided here then I definitely need to look elsewhere bad enough I’m dealing with a debilitating injury I have to deal with being treated rude by those in charge of my health and care as well?

Dr. Laura is the most caring, skilled, and competent professional. Our family has relied on her countless times over the years. It’s comforting to know she’s there in an emergency. She treats all types of orthopedic injuries and ailments, including surgery. Her staff is equally caring and professional.
