Dr. Baghal himself is great but his staff is horrible. Seriously needs to hire people that take their job seriously. You have to call about 25-30 times just for someone to pick up. They are very forgetful and rude. This is a disgrace.

Omg I’ve been calling for 45 minutes and no ones comes to the phone nor does the answering service come on, so people can leave a message!!! This is trouble!!!

Very unprofessional office. They don't tell their patients that they moved and refuse to change the address on Google. *****They have moved to 160-161 Haledon ave.**** and don't tell their patients. It takes about 3 seconds to change the address on Google. Just Horrible. If I can leave 0 stars I would.

Doctor Baghal is very knowlegeable and very nice but his stuff are awful. I live far away from the office and whenever I need something those assistants can't ever pick up the phone. no matter what time you call them they don't answer. and this is the worst thing. it is a shame that the doctor has those lazy assistants that don't even do their work properly. I like the doctor but their service is ridiculous.

This is the only doctors office I know that NEVER answers the phone! I have been calling them for 2 days and have yet to talk to someone or be able to leave a message. The phone line just rings and rings non stop!
