Dr. Collins is a very sweet doctor who listens to you and fixed my problem right away, she also let me know what my insurance would cover and then gave me a prescription and directions to get orthotics made.Thank you so much, I will recommend you to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist

Dr. Collins performed a bunionectomy and hammertoe surgery on my foot and I am really pleased with the result. I am still recovering, but am progressing well. She is very professional and thorough and ensures that all your questions are answered. This is my 3rd surgery with Mercer Bucks (two previous rotator cuff surgeries) and each experience has been excellent. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Collins is the best! She always takes all the time needed to explain everything to me and shows me any x-rays that were done so that I can better understand what she is talking about. We go over all of my options for treatment and helps me to choose what is best for me. I have never felt rushed when seeing her. She is friendly, kind, caring, and I just love seeing her with her bubbly personality. She is very informative and up to date on the latest treatments and techniques. She performed a bunionectomy on my foot and followed up with phone calls to me while recovering to be sure that recovery was going well or if I had any questions. She has a fantastic bedside manner. I have already recommended her to many people and will definitely continue to recommend her to anyone who is in need of a foot & ankle specialist. I am almost sorry that I do not have any other foot or ankle problems so that I have reason to see her more often. She is an amazing person and talented doctor. Cathy Pietras

Worst experience with an dr.'s office ever. Was referred by my primary care physician. Made sure days before that the referral went through. Got there to find that they could not take me because referral said "podiatry" instead of "orthopedics". Was told to call my primary care provider (by the way, shouldn't that be your job), unfortunately they were at lunch since it was 12:15, but would be back at 1:00. I would think they could keep the appointment, which I would assume would be done after 1:00, since they were clearly overwhelmed, and running behind, and then straighten things out with my primary at that time. Solution I was given was that I could pay for the visit myself! Not one ounce of concern or sympathy for the patient. I had taken a day off from work which I told the receptionist but that didn't matter. Place is busy, unorganized and lacks any customer service.

Dr. Collins is an excellent surgeon. She has operated on both of my feet and the results were very positive. She takes the time to explain what’s going to happen and also to make sure that you know what you have to do afterwards so that you get full moon range of motion back. I’ve dealt with other doctors and she it goes far beyond what’s expected.

This doctor is the kind of doctor they should all be!!! She took her time , explained options, made good recommendations and was thoughtful. I can not imagine what the other review was really about??? A mistake perhaps? I will keep this doc going forward. I wish there were more people like this woman. Ken M

Dr. Collins was very inconsiderate of the wait time for her patients and thought it perfectly fine for everyone to wait an hour for her. I don't feel any doctor is special and I don't appreciate waiting for them. We are their customers and our time should be important to them. When I told her we had waited an hour her response was 'All my patients waited an hour'! Also, she states she will call you and never does. Then it is very hard to get a hold of her. For example she had instructed us she would call when she got the results of the tests which she did not do. After leaving her voice mail and still no response and waiting 4 days we finally got someone to get a hold of her only to find out she was unavailable and was then going on vacation! The reseptionist was nice enough to get a hold of her to get permission for the results to be read to us. I do not work with any doctor who feels we can wait for an hour plus to see them. If you like to wait and have nothing else to do with your time - she may be a good fit for you!
