List of Lubna Ahmed, Md's Reviews
Best PCP She was my PCP for many years. The nicest and most intelligent PCP you could ask for. Disregard these nasty reviews who had an unpleasant experience, I bet they likely didnt get their way so they had to take it out on a 1 star review.
Love her and Amanda. She cares about her patients and their health, always been pleasant to me. Amanda is the sweetest Nurse, I am a nervous person and she just listens to me ramble on, then calmly explains. The waiting period is long at times but it is a doctor's office, lol. All and all, great doctor and nurse.
Dr Ahmed is a very compassionate doctor who was so friendly and caring to my father in law. She listened to all of our questions, spent A LOT of time with us and actually listened as opposed to just writing or typing. I also appreciate that she was able to treat a lot of his conditions on her own without having to refer us out.
Very friendly, answered all my questions, extremely knowledgeable and now caring my husband. She spends the most time out of all other doctors I've visited.

People that give 1 star because of long waits (hello, its a drs office) and poor communication with the front staff are awful people.
This dr should not be practicing. I took my father to her several times . He has fallen over 4 times and she said he doesnt need to be in a safer enviroment. She is not straight forward with her patients like she is scared of them.
This lovely doctor is one of the all-time best doctors I've ever had and I've had some great doctors I met her after being sent there by both the nurse and a dear friend while I was hospitalized at Capital Health although she's associated with Robert Wood Johnson I was not disappointed---she spends all the time you need with you ----she is interested in every detail of your health and she listens to every word you share with her---- when you have something rather rare as I do and rather complicated as I do I think the patients input is even more important ----I was very disappointed when my former primary care left practice but my angels must've been watching over me because now I have Dr. Ahmed she has a wonderful staff who are professional and very caring and when you go in there no matter how Bad you feel you will feel better when you leave the atmosphere is very upbeat even the patient and sitting in the waiting room interact and enjoy the time that they're there if there were more Doctors like Dr. Ahmed that would be less sick patients she doesn't miss the slightest detail and she's very determined that you do the right thing so that you become as healthy as you possibly can be so thank you sweet lady and thank you to your sweet staff. I want to note this is the third time I've posted a review and for some reason reviews seem to disappear arbitrarily and I think that's sad because it's important pro and con that people get real feedback so they can make the right choice the first time around. P.S. there seems to be some glitch on this website right now because it's giving me a difficult time and editing and so it may seem a little off but I think you get the idea
I came to Dr. Ahmed when my very special family doctor moved out of the area and it was a hard act to follow I found her to be incredibly social, very personable and empathetic, kind, and current in her education. I like that she is both mainstream and some natural answers to some of my health issues. I came to her out of the hospital at Capital Health and she was actually recommended to me by a number of the nurses at Capital Health because They had heard so many good things about her and by my dear friend who happened to be there the day that I was required to enter the name of a primary care doctor before my release and she came up with the same answer !! FYI. Nurses usually have well founded referrals and i often look to a nurse for much information on doctors and health care... I couldn't be happier with her ------I had a very complicated and rare health issue and she spent a great deal of time talking to me about it and talking to me about my options and guiding me in the best ways to deal with it....she has been an absolutely remarkable caregiver and anybody that was unhappy with her or her staff must've walked into the wrong office because I can't imagine anyone giving her less than three or four stars. When I walk out of her office I feel upbeat and better. .... she's always smiling .. she's always kind and I could not recommend a finer primary care doctor if I tried ....Her staff was extremely helpful and very kind and the wait was not long ....(but I don't mind a bit of a wait (20 minutes or so) when I find that the doctor is a type of doctor who is willing to spend the time with the patient even if that means a 20 or 30 minute visit.... ) it was obvious that she schedules her appointments efficiently so she doesn't have to run into major waits .....but remember.... some patients are extremely inconsiderate and arrive quite late for their appointments ....if you get a couple of those in a morning or afternoon it can make it very frustrating for not only the doctor but the patients who have to deal with that but again I'd be willing to wait for her a reasonable amount of time when you get the kind of quality care that Dr Ahmad gives .... please give her a chance because I'm absolutely shocked by any kind of negative review especially anyone who said she was short or the staff was not pleasant because that's not possible even on a bad day.
Dr Ahmed is my fathers health care provider at Care One in Hamiltin. She is unprofessional. Does not spend any time nor does she answer questions in a courteous manner. My father is unhappy with her lack of care and holier than thou attitude. Her staff is not curteous and disregards requests.
HORRIBLE staff & Dr. is no better. Very Very rude and they do not call you back. Office staff is the worst. My husband waited 45 min for his appointment and the Dr wasn't even in the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
