Nope- switch practices scheduled a telehealth appointment at 2 pm, and my doctor didn’t join until 40 minutes later. During our conversation, I brought up past symptoms I experienced and mentioned that these symptoms were related to a diagnosis from 2019. However, she seemed unaware of this history, even though it was in my records.When I asked if she could help fill out paperwork for my job, her response came across as dismissive. Rather than addressing my current concerns or symptoms, she questioned why I hadn’t gone to a specialist instead and seemed to be disregarding the physical pain and emotional frustration I was feeling. I even started crying on the call, yet she showed little empathy and didn’t inquire about my current symptoms. The interaction left me feeling unheard and disregarded.This lack of care and understanding, particularly when it comes to Black women’s health concerns, is a major issue in healthcare, and unfortunately, I felt that here.

Dr. Palomata and her staff members, Daniella, Lizbeth, and Shamieara are absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! Every time I visit this office, I feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Palomata takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explains everything, and provides me with top-notch medical care. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and makes me feel at ease throughout my visits. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate general practitioner. Dr. Palomata is the best GP I have ever had since living in this area. Ditto to all that's been said about her taking time to listen, not rushing you & being very thorough. She was highly recommended by another wonderful practitioner Dr. Iturbides. Blessed to know them both.

She is by far the best doctor I have seen in years she listens to your concerns she go over results in full detail very patient polite compassionate she is everything you want from a person in charge of your health...no longer accepts my insurance I am going to miss her

Dr. Palomata is an awesome doctor. She is very attentive and takes her time with every patient, very knowledgable in her skill. She is definitely the doctor I would refer anyone who is seeking a General Practitioner.
