Dr. Laurente is a great Dr! He truly cares about his patients health and wellness and is always thorough with check ups, bloodwork and answering any questions or concerns someone might have about their health. He takes his time listening to his patients and is kind and compassionate. His receptionist Kathleen is very organized, patient, friendly and helpful. The office is run very efficiently. I highly recommend Mercer Medical!

A good doctor. I've been seeing Dr.Laurente for a few years now. Was recommended to me by a family member. I like him. Personable guy. Very thorough. Keeps on top of me for things like bloodwork, etc.

Dr Laurente is genuinely a wonderful Doctor. I cannot say enough good things about this office! Always promt, office is so clean and welcoming. Kathleen is so awesome! Always helpful, always smiling, and organized, keeping everything running smoothly! I'd give a higher rating than 5 stars if it were possible!

Takes too long to arrive at his patients that are located in the hospital. Doesn't really seem to be concerned about patient unhappiness about waiting for his brief appearance.

Not really fond of going to the hospital or seeing a Doctor. But going for my check ups with Dr. Laurente is like going to see a old friend who's focus is my health. He doesn't make me feel guilty for being a stubborn patient. He's a genuine guy, who is a Doctor, that cares about his patients. All this makes it easy to stop in for a check up. And I can't go without mentioning the great staff he has there. The always warm welcome from Kathleen when I arrive. She does an amazing job, and keeps the house in order it seems. I know I can always count on her. Very efficient.

Excellent doctor! Clean office, very friendly staff. Dr. Laurente has great bedside manner, very kind, caring and knowledgeable. My whole family sees him. I highly recommend him!

I am a new patient and feel very good trusting him and his staff with my healthcare. Dr Laurente was able to explain and advise while also listening to my needs. The whole experience was pleasant and I will definitely be returning to this office.

Overall, I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Laurente. He is kind, calm, and will always be direct and thorough with his diagnoses. I always describe anything I’m going through and he will appropriately take a course of action whether it is a prescription or referral, or simply giving you advice. I have had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. You will speak to people who are on almost opposite sides of professionalism and courtesy. Some extremely nice and attentive, some not so much. The facilities are always clean and well-appointed and follow all of the necessary health guidelines. It is easy to schedule an appointment and I like the online portal where you can see you chart, write the doctor a message etc. I also like how he is available for tele-health appointments. With all of the mixed results you could get from many doctors, I would definitely recommend Dr. Laurente!
