List of Stawicki Jesse J, Do's Reviews
Very rude office staff. I understand being overworked and burnt out but show some understanding and compassion. It takes forever to get ahold of someone at the front desk and once they answer, the attitude they give you is unbelievable.
I've had a very good experience with Dr. Stawicki and his staff. Very helpful in getting my migraine medication, despite it not being a neurology centre. Dr. Stawicki and his staff do their best to help their patients. Thank you!
Dr Stawicki's staff has always been 5 star. However, since the retirement of the best, the person answering the phone does not answer addressing the business. She answers as if she's at home. In addition to sometimes not answering or answering then hanging up. Very unprofessional and rude.
Let's be honest. This office treats you like family Of course the Drs Stawicki,Patniak and Leanne are medically competent. However it does not end thereThey provide emotional support which is sorely lacking in many practices.Presently my brother is suffering from a complicated medical situation and Dr Stawicki has stayed on top of his ER visits, hospitalizations and has coordinated his care with eight specialists. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Dr. Stawicki takes time to talk with his patients to explain medical conditions and available treatments. He also takes time to answer any questions. Compassion and caring are his strong points.
Front desk staff is horrible/useless. If you work as a secretary for any doctor I would hope you can recognize Medicaid cards… she can’t. Then there’s the phone call where I was told that my appointment was at 3:30… when I told her no she wrong it’s 4:00 I was given an attitude… Will not be wasting my money here nor will I let anyone else I know go there without telling them to look at all these reviews about their service.
(Update! : I’ve finally switched doctors and couldn’t be happier, the current office I go to, actually cares about their patients!) Great doctors, also I love Leanne, but terrible front staff! They really do the wonderful doctors a great disservice. I’m constantly being put on hold for 8+ minutes, or being hung up on, and then put on hold again; there is no organization, promptness or professionalism. Also towards office closing hours, they don’t answer the phone at all, even though they’re still open. I’ve considered switching doctors multiple times solely based of this alone.
The Doctors are pretty good but their office staff and "Phone Systems" are abysmal. If there offices are so busy why not upgrade to a telephone service or call back line.
TERRIBLE front desk staff
I have only been to this office twice. But my experience has been very poor. The front desk staff is the issue. When I needed help with an issue they were very resistant to help me. Even after I tried to resolve the issue on my own. The nurse practitioner I saw was fantastic. But like a previous reviewer has said, I'm Not sure I will continue to go to this office if this problem continues.
