Dr. Capotosta is an excellent doctor and surgeon. My mother, in her 80's, had her knee replaced and then her hip replaced. The surgeries both went very well. The doctor was always friendly, patient and knowledgeable...always took time explaining diagnoses, procedures and especially options. The staff at Mercer Bucks were always very nice, very friendly. And we never waited for her appointments, times were honored. Highly recommended for their specialties.

Recently saw Dr. Capotosta for a knee injury. After a very cursory review and what I felt was an insufficient examination, he diagnosed arthritis. I continued activities only to find I had a torn meniscus and having surgery now next week under care of a different doctor. My impression is this physician should retire if he isn't willing to put forth the appropriate level of patient focus.
