List of Vadakara Lukose, Md's Reviews
Cautionary Experience with Dr. Lukose Simon Vadara I visited Dr. Lukose Simon Vadakara for what appeared to be a minor mosquito bite—small, slightly swollen, and easily treated by draining a bit of blood, which he did successfully. However, he insisted it was a sebaceous cyst requiring surgical removal, claiming he routinely performed such procedures in India in under 10 minutes with only local anesthesia. Despite his confidence, he said he couldn’t perform the surgery here. Following his recommendation, I went to Dr. Michael Kalina at Capital Health. Dr. Kalina initially estimated a 30-minute procedure. Instead, I was placed under general anesthesia, the surgery lasted five hours, and astonishingly, it was performed six inches away from the actual site of concern.

When I went for the surgery, Dr. Michael Kalina at Capital Health whom Dr. Vadakara recommended who claimed it would take 30 minutes. Instead, I was placed under general anesthesia, the procedure lasted 5 hours, and shockingly, was done six inches away from the actual site. To make things worse, Dr. Vadakara prescribed cholesterol medication despite my LDL levels not warranting it per CDC and AHA guidelines. My new doctor confirmed the meds weren’t necessary. I stopped seeing him after just two visits. I absolutely would not recommend him.

The best, he is confident and comforting, he lets you grasp the information, he doesn't throw it at you
Dr. Lukose Vadakara is a very caring physician. He has always spent quality time listening to me as a patient and has discussed his treatment plans in details to me. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled doctor and cares for his patients the most. His office staff members are also very caring and helpful.
Absolutely the most unprofessional, unorganized people… it’s more like a Indian bargain bazaar rather than a doctors office… I told dr Vadakara I was on blood pressure medication from the first visit, and I ran out of it and due to my schedule I can’t go there during the hours that they are open. He told me he wouldn’t fill it because it’s not in my chart, which is their fault because I told them during my first visit, it’s not my problem that they don’t know how to listen to a patient because he’s too busy on his phone… so I called and they lied to me about when they close, they said 6 but really they close at 5, then he calls me back with an attitude saying it’s not in your chart I don’t give blood pressure medication to you because you are 29 years old… I didn’t know you had to be a certain age to have medical issues, told me to go to the hospital and hung up before I could even ask if they’re going to reimburse me for my visit… absolutely unprofessional and I highly discourage anybody from dealing with these immature and ignorant people. Now I am left without medication going into a weekend. I am enraged and will make sure I switch primary physicians
DR Vadakara has been my PCP for the past 11 years. He is an excellent Doctor with lots of experience. I used to go to Specialist for treatment for months but specialist could not fix the problem. He was able to solve the problem and physical pain in one visit. He is kind of God for me. Wish him great health and peace in his life so he can continue serve the patients so nicely.
phenomenal patient care, i really felt as though my problems were heard and all my issues were address adequately. Very caring doctor and very sweet receptionist
Fantastic practice filled with staff and doctors who really take the time to care for you! Covid protocols in place and i felt very safe.
Very unprofessional, and rude

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
