Not a confident doctor. I didn’t trust him a little bit. He admitted to paralysis after a epidural. He does a lot of comp. He works for insurance companies.

Avoid Dr pavli demien. Zero compassion received while in excruciating pain during a particularly bad flare up. Long time chronic pain patient treated as a drug seeker. Received more compassion at the er. Was stuck with this Dr because Dr sackstien is leaving practice. Shame, he was a nice Dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Sackstein for a number of years. Never had any problems with any of the staff. Dr. Sackstein is a very good Pain Management Dr., with a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend him to my family & friends who need to see a Pain Management Dr. I now have a spine stimulator recommended by him implanted & it has truly helped my pain. Thanks to Dr. Sackstein, you're the best.

After 15 years of copays and perscriptions for opiates the good Dr says he's not writing any more perscriptions for opiates and to find another doctor. 15 years of being hooked on hillbilly heroin from this man and he says your on your own. Just my advice but "Don't trust this man". He'll probably screw you too.
