My daughter had a dislocated knee and Dr. Shakir did a great job in reducing it. We have had great interactions with this docter and his offer office staff is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend him!

I cannot thank Dr. Shakir enough for all of the assistance he has provided me and my family over the years. I had injured my finger and, more recently, my knee. With both injuries, Dr. Shakir listened attentively to my concerns and made recommendations that yielded positive results. My father also recently injured his shoulder which caused him a great deal of anxiety. The patience with which Dr. Shakir addressed my father’s concerns was much appreciated as was the recommendation for conservative treatment which yielded positive results. I would and have recommended Dr. Shakir to loved ones with orthopedic concerns. I trust him.

The surgery was a success, and my leg has healed beautifully under his care. He and his staff were attentive and responsive to my needs during my recovery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Shakir helped diagnose a perpetual pain I had been having for years with my elbow. He was understanding and able to explain what was going on with a timeline of the healing process. His treatments resulted in a quick healing process and I was able to go back to work not long after.

Dr. Shakir is a wonderful surgeon. My daughter displaced her knee and he was able to fix it with ease. I have also had other family members come see him. His bedside manner is great and his office staff are friendly and make you feel important. I would definitely recommend him.
