Update: got my results from Quest diagnostics just now on April 13, 2022. My test was collected on 3/21/22. The specimen was processed and provided to the physician on 3/23/22 per Quest diagnostics. So Dr. Brickner's office nurse and supervisor lied as i deduced. They could've called me anytime on April 7,8 or 11 and chose not to give me that courtesy but instead forced me to physically drive miles to go to their office. They then tried to cover their negligence and poor behavior by then lying their way out of it. And btw: the Quest Anatomic pathology client services representative stated that no way does a routine Pap test take 3 weeks to process. Stay away from doctors and staff that lie to cover their negligence.

Women beware of the RWJ center for womens health. Had Pap test on March 21, 2022. Now 3 weeks later and no report. Started calling on April 7 for my results and left several messages for my results and no call back (no one answers the phone forcing me to leave numerous messages on numerous extensions). Then on April 8 started leaving several messages for my results and again no one answers phone forcing me to make several calls and leave numerous requests for my results and no one called me back. Waited for Monday April 11 and again no one will answer the phone forcing me to leave several messages and again no call back. Then around 2pm someone calls and asks for fax of my primary (I supplied all primary doctor info on paperwork at Dr Brickner with authorization to supply report to primary). I was not at home and said I'd supply fax number. Got home 30 minutes later and tried to call with the fax number and nonone answered forcing me to leave message and MAIL BOX WAS FULL. Tried to call other extensions forcing me to again leave messages. Went to the actual office several miles from my home to deliver fax number and was told Quest did not supply results after 3 weeks which was a complete LIE. I stated that if this report is lost I want to know. If this report is not provided then I will be forced to get another Pap test at a new doctors. Then miraculously at around 3:30 pm someone calls from Brickner office stated that they "literally " just received the report !!!! A complete lie. My primary still does not have the report which they too requested. I still no not have the report after 3 weeks. Caller said "what else could we have done" and I replied that they could've called me on Thursday, Friday or today Monday April 11 AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I still have no report. My primary still has no results! Not only do I need those results but my oncologist needs that report. Nonone has been given the results. This office is atrocious. They treat patients like trash. They do not have the courtesy or professional decency to call patients back or our primary physicians with test results. Stay away. They are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and negligent.

Dr Brickner is an amazing doc. Highly recommend

He puts things on your medical problems you don't have. That he assumes it is. He doesn't listen well. Scarastic. Bed side matters cold.

Dr Brickner is amazing. I have been seeing him since I was a teenager and he is nothing but professional and helpful. The women on her commenting about how he is "insensitive" and "hostile" obviously just cannot handle someone who gets straight to the point and does not beat around the bush. He is not one of those Drs that laughs and smiles at everything you say or ask, in fact I dont think I have ever seen him smile which in his line of profession is completely understandable. If there is something wrong he lets you know if you ask questions that are ridiculous he blows it off. I find it quite refreshing. Overall his experience and professionalism speaks for itself! Would 100% recommend.

Very hostile for no reason. I asked a question regarding sleep during my menstrual cycle and his responses were almost as if he was angry with me or I was bothering him. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone. Find someone who will be kind in the way they speak to their patients

Dr. Brickner is very kind, listened to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. He speaks in terms that are easy to understand and always takes the time to answer questions

Dr. Brickner is a heartless doctor who I personally wouldn't send anyone to... I had a hysterectomy had to be cut stayed in hospital for 2 days I begged him not to send me home, I explained something was wrong I have had several c sections I know my body. He sent me home without checking me out..one week later I was in ambulance taken to centra state hospital. They notified his office who refused to have me transferred back to them. I was septic a drain was put in I spent a week in hospital centra state saved my life... Ladies run don't walk he is horrible!!!!!+
