I most say I really love this office.The receptionist is always on point and quick with a respond and solution. Whenever I need to get in on the same day I never have a problem. They always try their best to squeeze you in. Dr Cruz is amazing with me. She always listens to all my concerns and gives me the best solution.

I have never seen such an unprofessional doctor before. The lady (working at the front desk ) is terrible and always in rush, mostly time doesn’t answer the phone .They treat the patients who come to the clinic very nasty and rude . Never go, stay away.

When I had covid and was seen at the hospital. Secondary problems arised when I called hospital they said your primary physician will prescribe as hospitals were jammed up. Dr Cruz rudely stated we do not write prescriptions for covid. I had to tell her it is not for covid it's for secondary problems that arose from covid. She said no. When I told the hospital they said she has to help you it's your primary physician's office. When I returned the call to her and pleaded with her saying that the hospital stated she should give me steroids and a z-pack. She rudely said fine I'll call it in and find another doctor and then hung up on me. That's after going to this practice for over 26 years how I was treated.

Great Doctor. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great office to be a patient of.

My husband and I have been going to this office for a few years now and we love it!! Dr.Cruz is great, always takes her time to communicate with me and answers all of my questions. If I can’t get ahold of Dr.Cruz right away Stef is always making sure my medication is called in and ready. Thank you Dr.Cruz and your team!! Val

When I first started going there years ago everything was good & pleasant. Lately the receptionist, Madia, is very unprofessional and always in a rush to hang up with you when you call, like she doesn’t want to be bother. Also Dr. Cruz is always in rush to get to her next patient and really doesn’t spent time on taking or listening to her patients. Time to look for another MD.

When we first started going to this office everything was wonderful. Dr Cruz took time with you. We got our medication no problem. Now, prescriptions get called in wrong even when you write everything out and never with refills. Medication runs out and they won’t refill it even though it hasn’t been six months and the receptionist won’t refill your medication.You have to make another appointment! Not happy.

Wonderful staff and doctors!

Dr. Crux Does not listen, just tells you that it needs this and writes a prescription. Does not care that she would have you on way too much meds. Once told her I was getting severe pain in muscle in my chest, and she looked at from a distance and said nothing was there. Blood work from lipid panel was extreme high, to a point that I knew it was an error. She didn’t believe it was and just gave me prescription. (Other doctors rolled their eyes saying it had to be error. Tested again to find it was an error on labs part.) I could go on forever. Receptionist very rude. I could go on with more
