The customer service of the front desk receptionists are extremely disrespectful! “Can I help you?” to other patients, not even a “Hi, good afternoon, what can I do for you today?” When we walked in we weren’t even acknowledged until a couple of minutes later. While we were filling out our first time patient paperwork, we went to ask for help, the front desk lady was super dismissive and mumbled under her breath. At least the nurse and doctor were nice.

The staff and doctors at Ivy Hamilton are the best! From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors. They are always so helpful and caring. Cori is always so helpful with anything my family needs whenever I reach out to her! Love this practice!

Today I scheduled an appointment for my son at 3:30. I came and they said I did not schedule an appointment. My son can't go back to school without a letter that allows him to go to school. They did not set up and appointment. Instead, they say that I should schedule an appointment tomorrow, but that will interfere with my sons classes. This office is getting worse and worse ... I am so disappointed!

Very bad experience with Hamilton center.. we started off with this center due to dr Seth but never got any appt (even when we were flexible to look out over next 3 to 4 months) with him in last 2 years , except for the very first one.. Most of the time , you get a nurse practitioner to see to your child... if your child is sick, there is Noone who would lend you a personal touch or call you to enquire.. you don't get sick child appt as well even when child is running a high fever for last few days.. so basically it's not a place where people are bothered about you ... you never get a feel of been attended to... 😒

Absolutely love this facility. I moved here a year ago after purchasing a home and was nervous in finding a doctor who actually cared for my two kids ages 5 and 7 months. The receptionists are great they always give me my doctor's notes for school and email quickly as soon as I need a document sent. Dr. Malaty is an amazing doctor not only does she give me doctor motherly advice, she actually checks if everything is okay with them like if they were hers. I truly feel content to have Dr. Malaty and Dr. Sheth as the providers for my children and hope to continue with them as they grow.
