Office is Spectacular Cleanest facility looks like a plastic Surgeons office First time patient! Very nice staff, quick, efficient, and helpful. Even provided me with supplement information in addition to prescribed medications. Very happy

My husband had a surgery with Dr. Imani Rosario. Because of the covid, people are not allowed to go inside the hospital except for the patients. So I dropped my husband off and went home waiting. They said the doctor would call me after the surgery but she never did. After waiting, I decided to call the hospital and learned my husband was out of the recovery room and ready to go home in an hour. I had questions and concerns about my husband’s condition I’d like to ask the doctor but never had a chance to see or talk with her. I don’t think she cared about their loved ones, at least for me, so I definitely would not recommend. UPDATE: My husband thought Dr. Imani Rosario didn’t call me to inform about his condition after the surgery because she was busy. He decided to go with her for a second surgery because he didn’t want to deal with the hassle of switching to another doctor. Again, for the second surgery, neither she nor anyone ever called me to update about his condition. More importantly, she didn’t resolve his issue after the second surgery. Finally, my husband decided to switch to a different doctor for the same surgery and had his issue resolved.🙏🏻

I found this doctor listed on my insurance app. Great caring knowledgeable etc. So I decided to go to her instead of the doctor my gyn referred me to. Well!!! They answered the phone on the first ring, impressed! Ha!!!! Left me on hold and never came back!!! Not bothering.

I made 3 appointments with the doctor.The first one I was catheterized,THEN the assistant couldn’t complete the test because their Wy_Fy was down.Why didn’t she check prior to the procedure? Second time the receptionist made the appt. in the wrong location so it was cancelled.Second appt.( after I filled my bladder while in the office( per their request) I was told they didn’t have any catheters!WHAT a urology office doesn’t have ANY MORE catheters,WHAT? Needless to say,I will not coming back.
