I have been seeing Dr Jaffe for a severe sinus infection. He has been extremely thorough in dealing with me, trying various procedures and finally an operation. I have great confidence in him and would Highly recommend him to anyone experiencing ENT issues. In my opinion, he is the BEST, very caring and gentle, but knows what he is doing.

Two years ago I went to Dr. Jaffe after repeated visits to my primary care physician and ER could not help with my issues. Dr. Jaffe was very thorough and helpful and professional. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and I have been doing well from then until recently, if I was still in NJ I would have gone back to Dr. Jaffe. I agree that the front office staff can do better

I took my 88 year old mother to this practice. We waited over an hour to see the doctor. At no time during this wait did any of the staff let us know that the doctor was running this far behind. During the wait, I approached the staff to inquire to the wait time and let them know that mom was having difficulty with the length of time and the mask requirement. At no time did any member of the staff have the courtesy to let us know that the doctor was this far behind and allow us the opportunity to reschedule. Once the doctor saw mom, he left the room with no closure. We sat there not knowing if the appointment was over . This was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this practice.

Simply stated, Jaffe is the worst, most unprofessional Dr. I’ve ever seen. Stay far away.

Doctor spoke over me while I was trying to explain my thought. Even got loud, and the exam room was open. Would not recommend.

No nonsense doctor who knows what he is doing. He took over care and saved my husband’s life in the ER when the MDs in the ER could not help him in an emergency situation. Eased our minds as soon as he came into the room. Would definitely recommend Dr. Jaffe.

Excellent care from a physician who has treated me for about twenty years and operated on me. I am a health care professional and know the difference between mediocre and excellent care. Dr. Jaffe has wonderful bedside manner and is highly skilled. On my last visit it turned out my symptoms were from a dental problem and he did not rush in to treat my sinuses.
