Staff does not relay messages and/or questions to doctor correctly. Doctor is rushed. Doesn’t return phone calls. Very disappointed in how this practice has deteriorated

I have been a patient for more than two years and never got to see the doctor. I gradually got more confident in dealing with an APN when Suddenly in one of my recent visits the whole staff was changed including the APN. the new staff is slipping on customer communication and on follow-ups. Calls do not go answered and not returned. Test results are not conveyed back anymore and repeated follow up's are required if the results are okay or if you have to meet with a doctor. This is my experience over the last month or so. I am will be searching for another family doctor. The practice overall is extremely behind times on usage of technology. I hope that Dr. Bordieri gets this feedback somehow as I still like their timings and flexibility in hours.

Both Dr. B and Dr. Newman very empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. They believe in traditional medicine will resist natural or homeopathic cures. Being anti vaccine and some meds like statins.. Dr Bordieri will work with you to achieve you heath goals without a lot of kickback. Highly Recommended !! Office staff somewhat chaotic, scheduling system can be train wreck going in for scheduled appt only to hear no schedule appt.

Dr. Bordering has been my daughters doctor for several years, it wasn't until recently that I realized what a wonderful doctor he is. Before our visits were normal sniffles and childhood colds, but when my daughter began purging, Dr. Bordieri went above and beyond the normal care, he sat with her for nearly 2 hours during his lunch and not only listened to her but educated her on the dangers that purging does to the body, educated her on nutrition. Thank you Dr. Bordieri.

Despite having received a phone call the previous day confirming my appointment I was informed after waiting 15 mins that there was no record of my appointment. I had taken a day off work for this but there was no apology for the inconvenience. The only option offered was to reschedule as I was told the doctor could not see me even if I waited. Also they had already taken my co-payment while verifying my insurance and photo id so I had to ask for that back. I will take my business elsewhere (although this is no reflection on Dr Bordieri whom I never got to see).

Both Doctor B and Newman are fabulous. Desk staff is too young and inexperienced though.

doctors are great and the office staff is even better they are soooo nice and friendly. they always go out of there way to help there patients. I am always able to get an apt when I need one
