Have been going to see Dr. Mullane for so many years. Always professional and takes his time with me. Mediha is no exception.

My family and I love Dr. Mullane. His receptionist is great and very efficient as well. I refer all my friends to Dr. Mullane.

Discriminates against people who haven't taken certain medical procedures. Unbelievable. Will never return.

This doctor is a disgraced, he refused to treat a patient because he was not vaccinated, even though he was wearing a mask. Didn't you take a Hippocratic oath? How despicable!!

I have been seeing Dr. Mullane for over 10 years. Always helpful and takes time to explain. He also has a great staff as well.

This "Dr" has no loyalty to his patients As a doctor, you take the "The Hippocratic Oath"! How dare you do, what you did yesterday! Nobody should have to go though that kind of behavior. This Dr discriminates!

He got angry and hung up on me when I called to understand test results

I have been a patient of Dr. Mullane and Dr. Cruz for many many years, I thought to myself, it’s time to give a review. I was seen last week by Dr. Mullane for an on again and off again sore throat, a persistent cough, a mild headache and to get my blood drawn for my yearly physical. Like most appointments in any doctors office, the doctor enters the room, gives you the minimal exam he has to then proceeds to give you a brief summery of what “could be”.. Then your appointment is done within 15 to 20 minutes tops. You leave there feeling like you are nothing but a number pulled from a deli counter....but not with Dr. Mullane. He spent a good half hour to 45 minutes with me. He explained to me step by step everything that may be going on with me, educated me on the matter and was more then happy to answer any questions I had. He even saw that my neck was bothering me (something I didn’t even go in there for!!), and he gave me a 20 minute hot therapy treatment, at no extra charge to me. He treated me and always has treated me, along with Dr. Cruz like a person not someone he could just file an insurance claim on. If you are reading this review in search of a Family Doctor and want to truly be cared for, I guarantee you will be more then happy with Dr. Mullane and/or Dr. Cruz.

made an appointment as a new patient because of high blood pressure. was told to get blood work done then call back and reschedule. went to my lab, and they’d never sent the paperwork. But when i checked out, they didn’t give me any paperwork for bloodwork either. had my husband stop by to pick up the paperwork, the receptionist told him she had mailed it yesterday. what? she told me to stop by and pick it up yesterday, so why would she mail it? It never came, so i called to have my BP meds filled, and the receptionist was harried and rushed me off the phone saying she would call it in, but she didn’t even get my pharmacies name or number, and i tried telling her that, but was hung up on. I saw Dr. Cruz, and while she seemed nice, the staff there is so incredibly unorganized, rude, and harried that it’s now been 2 months and i STILL don’t have my BP paperwork. i’m completely beyond unimpressed, and having worked in heal care myself, the lack of patience and care from the support staff was unreal. i will be finding a new primary asap.

Dr Joe Mullane is funny, extreme smart and personable! How do I know? He was my room mate in Garden Grove California! Now we both live on the East coast.
