List of Lei Zhang's Reviews
Does not listen to information given by patient. Very difficult to understand. Does not discuss results of tests
He is not a good Neurologist. He has my son on a seizure medication that still makes him have seizures and refuses to change, upgrade, or use a supplemental medication to go with the current. He doesn't care about his well being; he only cares about the money. NOT A GOOD DOCTOR.
Dr. Zhang is very professional and caring. He takes his time with me and always has a pleasant demeanor. The staff is wonderful and cheerful. Appointments are easily available and convenient.
I feel Dr. Zhang is very professional. He listened to my description of my symptoms patiently and did the neurological exam very carefully. The other people working in his clinic are very nice also.
This Doctor has to be one of the most unprofessional neurologist I've encountered in my lifetime. I told him the symptoms I've had including giving him my paperwork from the hospital and my primary doctor and everytime he would laugh and take it as a joking matter. His english is barely okay there's a barrier that we sometimes were able to understand other than not taking his clients serious, he didnt give any suggestions or ideas to where I can go get treated. And when I asked him he just told me to take baby aspirin and gave me another appointment for 4 months.. FIND ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST dont waste your time with this clown
Dr Zhang may be a good neurologist, however, his English is not exactly great. Normally, this wouldn't bother me, but it was incredibly difficult to explain myself so that he would understand my symptoms. It's difficult to be confident with his diagnosis, especially considering the significant language barrier.
Dr. Zhang was Neuro on call during ER. Dr.s' care has been methodical and consistent.Questions and answers are direct and to the point. Staff courteous, calls returned same day or next.
SERVICE IS VERY, VERY POOR, VERY LONG WAITS IN OFFICE, VERY POOR CONTACT, EVEN NO VOICE MAIL AFTER HOURS, DOING DAY NUMBER BUSY ALL THE TIME, LONG TIME FOR RETURN CALLS(TAKES DAYS) AND REALLY BAD WITH COMPLETING FORMS FOR INSURANCE COMPANY. ONGOING ISSUES, VERY FRUSTRATING, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. REALLY REALLY SAD
Very nice doctor has helped me with my condition..Its hard to find doctors that you can actually rely on nowadays. Has been going to see since 2010.
The doctor bed side is poor and his explimation are poor to say the least but his staff are even worse. Call to talk to someone they alway send you to voice mail. Takes a week to get a call back. 4 to 12 days to get perscription refills. They won't give you copies of your record even if you sign a release form. Waiting 6 weeks for records and call daily and told everyday it take 7 to 10 days... its been 6 weeks...they are like reading off a script...Don't go to this doctor mainly because of his staff. A doctor is only as good as his staff...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
