She didn't listen to what I had to say or help me understand that she didnt know what to do to help me. Made me feel very uncomfortable and as if I was dumb for asking the questions I did. Left so upset and angry and without a great resolution to my issue or a path of what to do next. Followed up with the Manager, but never got a response.

Good Doctor but as far as getting a prescription filled forget it! They have online site if you need a refill to and it says you will hear from someone in 48 hours. Week goes by and nothing. Call office and leave message and no return call. That is if you get a machine that is not full to leave messages. Call and actually talk to someone at 10 am that prescription will be sent over to pharmacy give them pharmacy information at that time. At 2:30 in afternoon still nothing sent to pharmacy. Call back to doctors office at 3 they say sorry will send right now. Still hours later nothing called in!!

Never felt more comfortable with any other ob-gyn. Also delivered my daughter & my 2 boys. and now (15) years later, is my daughter's ob-gyn too!!!!

Dr. Tufankjian is a wonderful and caring doctor. She takes her time and explains everything. I have had a few bad experiences with Gyno doctors but not with Dr. T I can't say enough good things about her!

Very thorough and professional. Dr Tufankjian spent sufficient time with me during exam, medical history and response to questions. She followed up by phone with test results within the week. Being a first time patient, I am very satisfied with my office visit.

Dr. Tafankjian is knowledgeable and patiently explains conditions and treatment options. She is thorough is her examinations and diagnostic testing, which aids in making informed decisions for both the patient and the physician. She invites questions during visits, and is not intimidated or "bothered" by patients who research and have options to explore with her.
