Excellent doctor!

Very caring and understanding. Dr. Diwan takes the time to listen to his patients as well as making sure they are active in their care. He goes the extra mile no what the hour of the day. He will hold your hand and walk you through what ever testing and procedures if needed , he has done this with myself and other patients many times. I enjoy a much happier and healthy life because of all the care and concern that he has shown me through the years.

Dr. Diwan is thorough, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. He does not simply launch a pill at everyone who comes through his door - he spends time to find out what's really going on, and only prescribes what is really necessary. I have needed one emergency appointment, and he fit me in to a heavy day, right away. That said, his staff (even through a couple of changes) are just terrible. I hate to say anything critical about him, but the office people are so bad, I have considered reluctantly going to another doctor instead. They are rude, get information frequently wrong, do not pass on messages to Dr. Diwan, and have been caught lying about faxing and/or receiving test results on 2 occasions. Punctuality is not very good here, either, but I did not rate it lower because his lateness is due to spending time with patients, not simply being late to the office or messing with drug reps. I do recommend Dr. Diwan, but beware of his office staff.
