Horrible experience. Can never see Dr.Mina and everytime I went in I was seen by different doctors. The phone lines are always busy and they never answer the phone or call you back. Also, I tried to get my medical records to my new doctor and it was mission impossible! 😱

The facility is okay.The office surrounding is okay, some staffs that attended to me are okay; the nurses that attended to me are good. Anyone that wants to choose her as a doctor can do so but check the review first thanks

Slip this place buy all means very rude Staff and they never call you back I was supposed to have surgery on the 14 of march told me can't get appoiment till 21 of march sad doctor do not go here

I made an appointment to see Dr. Mina a month ago only to find out when I got there that she hasn't worked in the Hamilton office in 2 years. I was forced to see another doctor. Very unprofessional office.

The office environment is okay, the wait time is alright, I have problem with the day I have to see the doctor is just one day a week, some staffs that provided service to me were great, some that took me in were okay. I just have problem with behavior of some of the staffs unprofessional behavior do not know how to talk to patient. They need more training especially the receptionist she is very rude so unprofessional. Also have problem with patient privacy.

Still on the fence with this one.. Been in for one visit and did not see Dr Randa but one of her counterparts which was fine and is not an issue. My issue is the woman who answers the phone is rude and abrupt and hangs up on you. I do not call her and attack her and this is the response I get every time...very disheartening and for this reason I will be switching my primary AGAIN
