Dr. Ali is caring and very responsive. When I contracted COVID, she immediately sent me to the ER to get an infusion of monoclonal antibodies, as I am at high risk for severe disease. She called ahead to alert the Er staff that I was on the way, and followed up to make sure I was well taken care of. It is easy to get an appointment, and no long wait times. Very happy with her care and attention.
She listens. She shows genuine concern and she makes time for her patients. I think she’s great!
She took away a medication that was helping me, without knowing my full diagnosis. Only after me waiting awhile to see a specialist, ( while still suffering from bad symptoms), who put me back on the same medication. I still do not think she is convinced it is helping me. I am sorry but I do not think she is a very good doctor.
very unhappy because screwing up my scripts!!!!
Reliance Medial in Howell, Place is a circus, corporate side is a joke. VP is rude and unhelpful. Attempt to make a grievance and the cry afoul and "terrorist". Placed a complaint with the NJ board of health. Don't go to this facility, you put your health at risk!
if there was a negative star id give it. staff is the worse iv lived all over the usa and by far this is the worse staff ever. rude as hell. doctor dont seem to listen when you alk. if you wanna feel judged than id go but if you wanna feel like a human dont bother
I saw her the other day to have stitches removed. she gave her 2 cents in. saying she would have waited to have them removed. I told her that was her opinion but I was told in 5 days to have the stitches removed. she then went on about my blood pressure being slightly elevated. and persisted to prescribe me something even after I have told her I wanted to see a specialist and have it properly evaluated. I don't believe she is used to working with patients that can think for themselves. She offered 4 times to write a prescription even after being to NO over and over again. Then took my blood pressure again. Told her its only going to go up. Which it did. She is not capable of working with people that can think for themselves.. She does not comprehend white coat hypertension. I see she specializes in Geriatrics. I STRONGLY suggest she get re-evaluated. I personally would have her loose her license
Hard to reach them by phone.
Was very sad about this. Researched and found Doctor. Made appointment in advance. Two people in waiting room, an older man and myself. Filled out paperwork. Another woman enters, doesn't sit, office takes her in, continue process of paperwork, they hold onto my ID's for a really long time, and finally enter room. Nurse takes time asking questions and etc. Appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm. At 2:44 pm I am really not happy. Left in room w/son for long time. Went and asked; noted it had been over an hour and was told Dr. is preparing and it will be 10 min. At 2:58, 14 min, my son & myself went to nurse/front desk to say we are leaving. Was again told Dr. is preparing and I'm next. Said can't wait longer. : |

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
