This is the second time I have seen Dr. Afridi for my Colonoscopy screening. He along with his staff do an absolute caring job. Everyone is very professional and kind. They constantly keep you aware of what is happening, and before leaving review the entire results and what your follow up should be. Dr. Afridi is very friendly and professional and really cares about his patients. I have recently moved over 1 hour from his office in Hamilton, but still return to his office for my follow-ups. I give him and his Staff *****--Five Stars

Dr.Afridi took time to explain my concerns, diagnosis and procedure. Both me and husband been his patient for years. Very pleasant, mild manner and respectful. The staffs were great and friendly.

Inconsiderate I am still in the workforce. Of course, my medical file indicates this. I went to this practice for my colonoscopy in the fall of 2018. For the consultation, between the waiting room and the exam room I waited for nearly an hour for Dr. Afridi. While in the exam room waiting, I could hear him in the hall, but he did not enter the exam room. I stood up, opened the door and there were 3 assistants standing there. They turn and just stare at me. None uttered a word. I politely said

Dr. Alfridi is an amazing doctor. Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. His staff was just as great. And follow up is key to me, they were right on the phone checking in on me the following day of my procedure. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Shariq A. Afridi is amazing and compassionate, he takes the time to listen and to explain what he feels is happening and what steps he will be taking next. He verifies what has been discussed during the visit to make sure there are questions or concerns. He is super caring and reassuring; Also the support staff in the office is always pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone that is having any type of Gastroenterology issues.

Dr Afridi is amazing. He treats his patients with respect. He is thorough. He explains everything and takes time with them which is difficult in the age of managed care. Love him! I will tell all of my friends who need a GI doc to see him.

Poor customer service. Staff is plain old RUDE! Unable to get in touch with the doctor. As per staff doctor does not call patients. Staff is not helpful in getting appointments due to emergency situation! My hemoglobin is extremly low and and test came back positive but the staff will not accommodate for early appointments.
