Sheryl Haber Kuo's Online Review Report Card

Called just to try to make an appointment after finding this doctor's name in the Horizon NJ health handbook. The head office manager, which is what she called herself, was so rude the minute I said my mother had Horizon NJ Health as a secondary. Just rude. Even though I repeatedly explained that my mother would be using Medicare only she did not want my mother to go there. The rudeness was totally uncalled for. I can imagine how the patients are treated. Don't waste your time. The first point of contact should be pleasant and speaks volumes about a business.

She is a GREAT DR. I've had her yrsss. Ago for my Dr. My insurance changed, so that's the only reason why I don't go too her anymore. ❤💋💗💖.

I have been a patient of Dr Haber-Kuo for 24 years and could not be happier. 5 stars down the line. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. It’s nice that when you enter an office you are known and recognized. Any thing I do not understand she is more than willing to take the time and explain.

The whole group here is so nice. I’m type 1 diabetic since I was a kid and after getting too old for pediatrics the doctors that I saw weren’t nice. I stopped going because they were condescending and I felt judged. So I stopped going and, admittedly, I stopped taking care of myself like I should. Dr. Haber Kuo and her team are awesome and patient and understanding, you can tell she cares about her patients. I just recently moved and she gave me cards of specialists I need to find in the area she recommends who work with my insurance. They can even do your bloodwork there! I’d been poked and prodded multiple times a year as a kid so have had my fair share of awful phlebotomists. I have tiny tiny veins but Mags knows what she’s doing. I’m so glad I found them.

Exceptional doctor and staff. Very friendly and kind. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

I had Sheryl Haber-Kuo as my general practitioner for many years. I think she has done an excellent job helping with my health even when it seemed I was not really doing my part. She is very knowledgeable about medicine. I think she has a great bedside manner. I think the staff at her office is professional and courteous and friendly.

Dr is a lovely person and very kind and caring. Staff is good about referrals, refills, etc. Very busy practice and time is an issue - schedule two patients per time slot and you can often have to wait up to 45 minutes to 1 hour to actually see the Dr.

This doctos office is small and uncomfortable, had to wait around 40 minutes just for a follow up blood pressure check. They all made me feel like they do not care. Will not go back!
