Horrible experience, staff is ignorant and lost. Showed up for 3:30 appointment and waited 25 minutes before the absolutely lost abdcinefficent clerk called me to not go in but fill out sone papers watched her state st two files eslk around her ate moving coffee cup ftonone place to another and make a copy before she could acknowledge me. He is a nice guy but I just walked out there were fuce more ahead of me. Tokd tgem cskk.me back if he wants to be my doctor, still haven't heard any thing.

I waited over an hour to get into the examination room with no explanation for the wait. Once in, I see a resident, NOT THE DOCTOR. While the resident was polite, he had zero clue as to how to diagnose a growth I had for the last 5 months, mumbled something about it healing on its own and to come back in two weeks (?) if it didn’t go away. The medical assistants were very pleasant. It appears the practice caters to elderly patients with regular foot issues, anything exotic is a waste of time.
