I feel very dismissed and getting the care I feel I need is very stressful I left crying with how stressful it felt to ask for assistance and because asking for help with something felt like too much to ask I'm tired of coming here. I came here because I didn't have insurance and was low income until now and could be seen no mater what but they don't do a good job and I just feel like a burden here. Obgyn, doctor and dentist. I don't feel this place is neurodivergent friendly either. I hate coming here

I have spent over four hours on hold, across 10 different phone calls that I’ve made to the office, simply to get a copy of my vaccine card. Every time, I’m met with cold responses. Finally, I got them to confirm that they will send it in the mail, it’s been three weeks and still nothing. Now, I have no other choice but to drive the two hours to the office and show up unannounced in hopes of getting my vaccine card. They simply don’t care about the needs of their patients, they’ve made that clear.

very unhelpful in sending important prescriptions to the pharmacy…even after 2 weeks of playing phone tag they never sent them. and then of course when i’m frustrated because I haven’t had my important bp medications in several days even though I went through the process of calling ahead of time, they spitefully say they will not see me anymore and send me off to some other office. do not use this office unless you enjoy vindictive and unhelpful staff.

Don’t come period. Worst service ever. 1 month waiting for the papers for immigration, if is not one thing is another we have gone more than six time either with appointment and without appointment and they don’t have nothing ready. They say that we could go without the appointment and when we go the day the contrary. Also, the bathroom is nasty, and don’t even take a seat. I sincerely don’t recommend this place. And the desk people is the worst they have no heart at all.

They cancelled my 2nd covid vaccination appointment on feb 19th and told me they would call me to reschedule. Never called me and I call every few days and if I’m lucky enough to get through to someone they they promise they will have someone reach out and call me. Today I call and I get placed on hold, hear talking then they hang the phone up. Happened 4 times. It’s been two weeks I need my 2nd vaccination appoitment

Dr. Hassan the dentist please stay away! She doesn't know what she is doing. Where do I start? First, she couldn't figure out how to numb my tooth correctly. The anethistia numbed a different part of my mouth a d not the tooth that she suppose to work on. She proceeded anyway to work on my tooth without anesthesia. For a whole hour, she was digging in my tooth and you can imagine the pain I went through. She was nervous the whole time and breathing heavy, like she started a project and doesn't know how to finish it. She knew she messed up and was telling me throughout the whole thing, I am trying to save the tooth. She stopped in the middle of the process like three times, left the room and came back. When she finally was ready to put in the filling, she was still not sure if she digged out the rest of the cavity or not. She proceeded to dig in my tooth even after she put the filling in. I went through so much pain in this visit, even after the I left the office and 14 hours after and the whole left side of my mouth is in severe pain. Please do not make an appointment with this doctor or even think about it!

I personally don’t have dental insurance with my medical so I needed to go to a clinic. I’ve always been seen in a very timely manner. Not like most clinics where I had to wait hours, this was more like a regular doctors appointment. The staff was polite with me and conversational. The dentist I had was great! I went to a regular dentist before this one and they wanted to pull all my teeth and give me dentures! Dr. Monroe said she could definitely save most of my teeth and give me partials. I’ve also seen a nurse practitioner for a gynecological appointment when I had a miscarriage and she was very thorough. I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience there was great! So… Thank you for treating me like a human❤️

Worst experience ever! I moved from Colorado to New Jersey 2 months before giving birth and needed to see a doctor right away since I was so close to giving birth. The first appointment was an hour wait and thereafter was a least an hour wait or 2 in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room. I was going to get my D-tap vaccine but waited for another 40 mins after my exam and no one had come yet to say how much longer, if they were on their way or what the holdup was so we walked out. As we were walking out I saw nurses just standing around talking. 😠 The nurses are rude and don't know what they are doing, the rooms are filthy. Noone ever knew how far along I was, even my doctor so I had to tell them every time, even though they should of had that on file. The nurses never said very much to me except for hi and when they took my temp or blood pressure I asked them if it was a good temp, blood pressure, ect and they acted like it was a hassle to answer me back. The first time I took a pee sample they didn't tell me I had to carry it into the exam room with me or what room, I had to ask them and when they took out the strip to exam the pee they did it right in the room and with old (someone else's) pee right on the counter every time and she never changed gloves but went from taking the pee sample to the computer to taking my temp. 😟 😖 The last time I was there she was pushing on the top of the plastic cover for the ear thermometer with those same gloves she took the sample with, I had to ask her to change her gloves for sanitary purposes. So I guess she didn't like me asking her that because she said I needed to strip naked for the exam, I said "what are you serious?" She said, "yes, that's what the doctor said". So I did and when the doctor came in she said, "no, no, no, from the waist down". I told her that the nurse told me to strip down. So that was my last visit before I had my child, the hospital I gave birth was great but I hate going here and am finding a new doctor for me and my children as fast as I can. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!! Unless you absolutely have to!
