Dr. Tan - 5 stars plus!! John BarnesI was injured on the job and went to concentra to get checked. After numerous physical therapy sessions I was not getting any better. Concentra recommended I see a specialist. I met with Dr. Tan to see my options.First impression of Dr. Tan was very caring and concerned and not condescending. He took time to answer my questions. I went home and researched Dr. Tan before I agreed to surgery. I wss very impressed with Dr. Tan's education and credentials and I was comfortable to have surgery, (engineering degree - MIT and medical degree from U Penn, amazing) two great achievements!!Also, engineered medical tools for hand surgery. I was confident he is the best.After surgery, my follow up care was excellent. My occupational therapy by Maria was a pleasure. She would listen to my concerns attempt to find the best treatment that would help me achieve my goals.Overall, a great experience and therapy was successful!His office team was great and provided a smooth insurance process as well as setting up therapy with no issues.Robin, Allison, Cherese)

Dr Tan is an amazing doctor. He was able to help my husband when other doctors said they couldn’t. He is compassionate and truly cares for his patients. He takes his time with you so you never feel like you are rushed through your appointment. His staff is wonderful and so helpful. I highly recommend him!

We were referred to Dr. Tan and were told, "you are in good hands with Dr. Tan, he is the best". We are so happy to have had this referral. We immediately knew we were in good hands. His knowledge, experience, compassion, skill and commitment was evident. We are thankful for Dr. Tan his team and his staff. Dr Tan is a great doc. He takes the time to listen and explain everything. I had a torn rotator cuff and broken hand. The surgery went without any problem. I highly recommend you do your therapy at his office. Maria is the therapist and she is fantastic at her job and has direct access to ask the doc questions. The office staff is organized and everyone knows there job. Robyn is the nurse and the one who keeps everything running smooth. I have had my share of surgeries and serious injuries. This is the best doctor and office I have ever been to.

Over Memorial Day I had the unfortunate event that a pitbull a bit into my hand. After being attended in the emergency room in Summit my follow-up was handled by Dr. Tan.This is a doctor who is very bright, withexcellent bedside manners and extremely knowledgeable.His primary concern was to clear any infection and with his care I did not require stitches.I would recommend Dr. Tan to anyone what has a need for hand injury.Thank you so much, Dr.Tan.

Doctor Tan and entire staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tan and staff.. I had involved surgery - right hand for severe arthritis- & am right handed. Other hand specialists told me surgery would help the pain- not correct deformity and not much functional return.. Two months later: minimal pain, complete correction of deformity and almost back to full strength/function of hand.. Can"t say enough positive things or express my gratitude. If out of network, they will work with you!
