I scheduled a visit for my wife back in September. I told the front desk specifically that I cancelled her insurance ($960/month with NJ Amerihealth) and that my wife was going to be actively insured on Medicare 10/1. I asked the front desk for a "greet and meet" with Dr. Little and if there was a charge... they said $100; I said ok. I also at the same time set up an "official" visit 3 weeks later on 10/3 for any procedures, blood work, etc". My wife was asked on the 9/12 visit if she ever had a coloscopy, my wife said no... this doctor never gave any costs for a Cologuard (kit sent in the mail) and was never given the message from the front desk that my wife had no insurance, 10/1. - NO PROCEDURES, my wife just wanted to meet the doctor!... period. My wife received a box of another company, sent in the stool sample, and two weeks later we get a bill for $700 which would have been covered by Medicare 100% according to "Exact Sciences", if my wife was told to wait 3 more weeks.

Dr. Little offers very little during your visit. Compassion is lacking and the visit was quite unsatisfactory. It felt like she could not wait for me to stop asking questions and get out of the office. Nothing notable, extremely dry. I have experienced better care at an urgent care. Bedside manner isn’t her strong suit.
