List of Srinivas Pavuluri's Reviews
This doctor is great. The wait times are always reasonable and he is very respectful.
This doctor is the only one to solve and find the problem I was having, I’ve been to other specialist and I was not satisfied with there findings. He is a great doctor
tina c is a liar
Office make me wait over 2 hours and they decide to put people before me even tho i was first. The excuse they give me is so dump. Is it was an "emergency" as they said the person should have go to the hospital. Almost make me lose my transportation and as a wheelchair person that i am that would been big trouble. So unprofessional no wonder he only have 2 stars.
Usually I wait no longer than 15 minutes with one exception. I sometimes need extra time with a doctor so I don't mind waiting if another patient does.. I find Dr. Pavavuluri to be detail orientated and compassionate. I am transferring my husband's care for Parkinson Disease to him as well.
I was a little worried because of the bad reviews, but my experience was pretty good here. I like the Doctor, he's practical, he understands MY situation and lqyed out the steps I need to take to have my paperwork signed to not lose my license. He's very personable and in one visit I feel confident he is a good Doctor and will help me moving forward. My last Neurologist was an absolute egg head who wanted to debate rather than help me. (Carteret) I could see how people complain about wait time tho, I didn't wait long but the Dr. And I had a long discussion, thats a good thing tho. Thank you so much Dr.Pavuluri as well as the lady at the front desk, she was nice as well.
I just tried to make an appointment and the person answering the telephone was horrible. She got mad at me for asking if the doctor attended XYZ medical school. She said, I don't know!! and hung up on me. I called back and she said, "Do you want to make an appointment or not." I said, Yes, I believe I do, but I just want to confirm that I have the right doctor. I said, can you check with the office manager to see if he attended XYZ medical school. She said that she was the office manager, yelled at me and said she does not have time to answer these questions and neither does the doctor and she hung up on me again. I don't know how good the doctor is, so I cant rate that. But I do know that he needs to train his staff on customer service. That woman should never answer anyone's telephones ever again.
This is NOT a review for Dr. Pavuluri, but for the other provider in the office and for the office staff. The office staff is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of women I’ve ever seen. Between the rudeness as they answer the phone, sloppy unprofessional attire, being on their phones non-stop, discussing patients personal information publicly, as well as discussing family problems to one another while patients sit there and are forced to listen.. it’s awful. The first appointment, we waited two hours to be seen. No one else was in the waiting room and not once did the office staff give us an update. The second appointment, the doctor ARRIVED 15 minutes AFTER our appointment time! And we still waited almost an hour after that to be seen! Not one update from the office staff… and when we asked, they actually had the audacity to get annoyed as if we were disturbing them. Save yourself the grief, and schedule an appointment with a different provider. Even if you have to wait a month, it’ll save you a great deal of frustration.
Sometimes you wait, most times you get right in. Ample time spent reviewing your case and suggesting remedies.
I wish I read some of these reviews before making an appointment for my husband. The wait time was unduly long as others here mention but worse is the lack of communication. Dr. Pavaluri wrote a prescription for an open MRI for my husband. The upcoming MRI created such unforeseen, serious anxiety issues to my husband that I contacted Dr Pavaluri thru his patient portal explaining this development ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
