Always get 2nd or even 3rd opinion. Do not trust any doctor. He butchered my nose and gave me the dreaded empty nose syndrome by performing the unnecessary turbinate reduction surgery (never ever agree to do the turbinectomy surgery unless it is life and death situation, I was too ignorant and trusty). There is NO cure for empty nose syndrome. I'm damaged and crippled for life. He will gaslight and tell you that you have sleep apnea and stomach reflux problem. It was never the surgeon's fault.

When Dr. Smith greeted me in the treatment room I immediately felt at ease. He listened to the issues I'm experiencing and offered me different treatment options. I'm currently underdoing treatment for sudden hearing loss in my left ear after exposure to very loud music at a wedding I attended several days prior. The staff is also very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr Smith since my Asthma Dr recommended him. From the first visit Dr Smith makes you feel comfortable both with his evaluation and his office presence. He performed my sinus surgery three years ago and have gone back periodically for check-ups. He is the second ENT I have been to and I am sorry he wasn't my first. First one was a waste of my money and time. I would highly recommend Dr Smith.

My husband was seen by Dr. Gregory Smith and we could not be happier with the treatment and service he received. Dr. Smith is a highly trained and skilled physician who gives ample time explaining to his patients their diagnosis and treatment plan. You never feel rushed. He sent my husband for several tests and then explained to us in detail the results in a timely manner. My husband's calcium level was increasing and he was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. Not something you think and Otolaryngologist would be concerned with but thankfully our endocrinologist highly recommended Dr. Smith and I'm so glad he did. One of my husband's parathyroid glands had an adenoma and once Dr. Smith removed it all my husband's levels came back into the normal range. I have referred many of our friends to Dr. Smith and they all agree he is very professional, and an excellent physician/surgeon. BTW after just 5 months you can't even see the incision. I visited Dr. Smith for routine bloodwork when my original ENT was unavailable, and I immediately switched to Dr. Smith as my ENT. Dr. Smith performed surgery for my chronic pansinusitis and deviated septum. He took the time to explain each step in detail and answer my endless questions. He makes every visit comfortable and is highly relatable. I recommend him to anyone who is considering a visit to an ENT.

Dr Smith worked with my neurosurgeon to get access to my pituitary adenoma. Dr Smith also performed sinus surgery to address my deviated septum, addressed the polyps that I had and other sinus corrective surgery. My results are fantastic. I breath without obstruction and sleep very well. He is a skilled surgeon, a doctor who is easy to talk to and easy to understand when he explains issues. And subsequent visits were friendly, informative, and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend him. You will be in good hands if you choose him as your doctor.

I absolutely love the professionalism and knowledge that Dr. Smith brings to the table. Excellent bedside manner to boot. Dr. Smith performed my septoplasty with excellent results. He was also there for all of my post-surgery support. When talking to Dr. Smith, you really get that warm fuzzy feeling that he's in your corner! Can't recommend this all star doctor enough!
