Dr. Samir Undavia, ENT so fine, You fixed my sinuses, so divine. My deviated septum, you straightened with ease, And reduced my turbinates, to bring me some peace. You're a kind and caring doctor, so rare, You answered all my questions, with patient care. I'm so grateful for your expert hand, You're the best ENT in all the land. Thank you, Dr. Undavia, for all you've done, You're a true lifesaver, my shining sun. I highly recommend you to all, For your ENT skills, you stand tall.
Our youngest son had a nasal fracture from a soccer injury. The office got us in right away and he was able to take care of it and straighten the nose right away. Very thankful!
Dealing with a major sinus issue affecting my quality of life was stressful. I contacted Dr. Undavia for a 2nd opinion. His Marlton office staff scheduled the appointment; I was seen promptly. I was appreciative of, and impressed by, Dr. Undavia's thorough consideration of my prior history and current circumstances, and his ability to offer a clear diagnosis and prognosis. He answered all my questions and shared alternative surgical procedures dependent upon findings during surgery. Dr. Undavia completed the surgery and explained to my husband the strategy he employed. Bottomline: NO SURPRISES. Healing progressed as per his prognosis. Again, no surprises--and optimal results. Throughout the follow-up process, Dr. Undavia's entire support staff has been caring, efficient, and professional.

There was one delay in-office when being seen for a follow-up due to a surgery overrun; however, upon arrival Dr. Undavia immediately apologized and did not rush my appointment. Having experienced the benefits of the doctor's work, I could understand such a delay. A special nod of appreciation goes to staff member Heidy, who went above and beyond expectations to assist with my paperwork in a secure and timely fashion. She relieved my anxiety about a mistake I made that might have compromised my identification information. The doctor and his patients are well-supported by her ethics and professionalism. The quality care and expertise I received throughout the process will positively impact my future. I highly recommend Dr. Undavia.

I was initially skeptical about seeing Dr. Undavia because I have been suffering from my sinus issue for the last 15+ years and went to about 6 ENT specialists, but none of them fixed my sinus. I had my first surgery in 2018, but my sinus condition didn't improve, and I could only breathe from one side of my nose. I felt very comfortable after my first appointment with Dr. Undavia because he explained in detail what it would take to fix my sinus. His whole team was excellent, from taking the insurance authorization to surgery. He guided me on everything I needed to do after the surgery and followed up with me to ensure I was doing good. I really appreciate Dr. Undavia and his team for helping me breathe normally again, and it feels excellent finally be able to smell and taste the food after 15 years.
My Son wanted to fix the deviated septum and fix the nose from outside (rhinoplasty). Dr. Undavia told us that it'll be fixed and the nose will look much better after the surgery. He showed the pictures and said the nose will look like those pictures after the surgery. After the surgery the nose doesn't look close to those pictures. The surgery took place on December 13, 2018 when he was 16 years and 8 months. After the surgery he came out of the operating room and told us that it was the most difficult surgery because during the surgery nose collapsed and Dr. Undavia had to Google how to fix the nose. He took a lot of grafting. The surgery was also very long. After the surgery, we kept going to him to follow up and kept asking him why the nose swelling is not going away after a year. He said that it'll be better in 2 years but it didn’t fix the issue. Then he said that the swelling will go away after 5 years which is very unusual and we believed what he told us. Now we found out why he wanted us to wait for 5 years because my son was under 18 years when the surgery took place. There is a timebar of 2 years after the surgery and if the patient is under 18 then the patient has 2 more years after the patient turns 18 years for filing a medical malpractice case. We can't file a medical malpractice case against him because of the timebar. Also, the terbonites nodes to make room for breathing. That didn’t fix the breathing. He kept telling us that he’s too sensitive about the nose. He can go to do the facial and he said the nose shape is good when it is not. We went for a 2nd opinion and the doctor said that the turbinates were not fixed properly and that it shouldn't take more than one year for swelling to go away. The doctors are surprised to learn that Dr. Undavia told us to wait for so long. Every follow up visit we had, he kept telling us to wait and gave us different reasons. After the surgery, my son didn’t feel good due to which he suffered a lot in personal life and academic life. His motivation went down and his grades, which were improving before the surgery, went down after the surgery. It took him a long time to get on track and he’s still suffering from it. Dr. Undavia shouldn’t have done the surgery when he knew that the nose is very sensitive. My son still has a swollen nose, a lot of mucus dripping and breathing problems. After the surgery, the conditions became worse. STAY AWAY FROM DR. Dr. Samir Undavia

Dr Samir Undavia recently performed Septorhinoplasty on me, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The quality of my breathing improved dramatically, and I am no longer self-conscious about the appearance of my nose - for the first time in over 20 years. It’s an inexplicable feeling of renewed confidence. The appearance around my eyes actually improved too. The bags I developed from lack of sleep practically disappeared following the procedure. Dr Undavia is not only brilliant, thorough, highly skilled, and quite frankly very cool! …he truly cares about his patients, the quality of his work and long-term outcome. Look no further if you are contemplating any procedure performed by this surgeon. He is undoubtedly one of a kind!
