This place is horrible and should be shut down. The staff is unfriendly, uncaring and insensitive to women. The mammogram technician Donna was a nightmare. She desperately needs sensitivity training. I will never come here again!

Pray I never have to visit this place again. So the problem : - When I entered the premises, was greeted by a lady in the reception who was far from being helpful - My 80 yo father accompanied me (always does) - The lady at the desk upon seeing my father immediately instructed him to wait in our car (and I don’t own a car, we use cab service) - Before I could even utter a word she shoved the bill on my face and my father quietly went outside to wait for me (no seating arrangement nearby) - Now when I observed the premises there was a lady who was accompanied by her mother (which was strange) - Added images to show the unoccupied seats

Very professional and understanding technicians. The front desk is very helpful. They promptly provided me a copy of a report I requested and followed up with a phone call.

Dr robert jaffe was very rude need to learn how to talk to woman and learn some patient skills. I think that he need to retire doesn't look like he's enjoying his job.very dissatisfied with the level of service I enemy. Even recommend this place to my ememy.

If you need a proper report sent to your doctor, go elsewhere. Needed an ultrasound and the tech was FANTASTIC, and that is why I'm leaving two stars instead of one. She told me during the procedure what she saw and we discussed it. When the report was provided to my physician by the radiologist who read the ultrasound, he completely missed the findings the tech and I discussed. Had to have my physician circle back to the radiologist who admitted he missed the problem. Had the tech not said anything, I don't know where I would be with my current treatment plan.

Had a wonderful experience here for my first ever Mammogram back in September. Everyone from the front desk through radiology were exceptional!

We came for an MRI. We spoke to Amy to make an appointment and were so glad we didn’t have to wait weeks because my fiancé was in pain. Amy was knowledgeable and really nice over the phone. The check in process was seamless as well. I was impressed by their covid protocols - clean, great social distancing and only one patient allowed in the waiting area at a time. They also sent an electronic copy to the dr’s office to make it easy for us.

I had an awesome experience all around . Text and voice mail instructions 24 hours before and same day appointment reminder . All instructions given verbally at the time of the appointment and again repeated during the reminder . Up to date COVID management with waiting in the car and I was immediately invited in as I informed them I have arrived via the text link . Waiting room was large and few people spaced adequately were sitting . Front desk receptionist was kind , sweet and efficient . Manager was nice and quick on her toes and experienced . The nurse was kind , experienced , professional , efficient and accurate . I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a calcium score. I definitely recommend this place to everyone living in the area and will go there again .

My wife Debbie had an MRI on right knee this week. The entire staff is amazing! Very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for this pleasant experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I scheduled to have 2 MRI’s at the location in Somerset on Veronica Blvd but found out I couldn’t have an open MRI due to a medical implant. They offered to do one of the two tests in the regular MRI machine and to come back for the other. I asked if they could check if Hillsborough (Rt. 206) could accommodate me. They called over to Hillsborough and they set up an appointment later the same day to do both tests. I was thrilled that they did this for me. I arrived in the Rt. 206 Hillsborough location and the staff was WONDERFUL! They said they were expecting me. Monica took me back to perform the test. I thought my head would be out of the machine but she told me otherwise. She said let’s go take a look at the MRI because it is a wide bore machine. I looked and thought it was pretty wide. She said let’s give it a try. Monica and Tony checked in on me during the test and were SO caring. They really helped me get through both tests totaling about 45-50 minutes.Tony came to get me out after the last test and helped me off the table. He was SO caring and really listened to the concerns I had. Both of the techs were AWESOME and the staff AMAZING!! Mandy was also terrific and stayed late to make sure my MRI cd’s were burned on 2 separate discs!! Thank you ALL!
