I just called to make an appointment on 2/3/2022 at 12:20pm and I just had the most rude encounter with the scheduling desk. She told me she would call me back to assist me if she takes my insurance. I stated she was on the providers website (just to make it easier on her). Then she said I needed to call my insurance and she would give me her tax ID number... I have a fifteen break unfortunately and cannot do that and she stated she would help me. As I asked her to help me like originally asked she then signed and made a rude comment and said fine, what is your number? I said please don't give me an attitude you did offer to assist me at first. This is your job, she then made another comment to me and asked for my phone number. I am not trying to be rude. I as well work in customer service. If you offer to help me I appreciate it so much but don't then not offer to help me then when I ask for the original help take it away and give me an attitude. How is that even professional? I shouldn't be getting frowned upon for needing assistance.

The receptionist is very rude and seems angry when asked to do her job or answer questions. Time to find another doctor yikes.

Have been going here for a few years. Have gotten very good care and feel that the dr and staff listen to patient needs. It is true that google maps does take you to wrong place. It is easy to find.

This is the first time that I have ever written a negative review about a doctor. WORST DOCTOR EVER. I brought in my daughter with an eating disorder and she told my daughter "you do know you will have this for this rest of your life right ?" She was awful I would never take my child to her or recommend her to anyone . There is another doctor in that office very nice man , ask for him and make sure you do not go to her . Also we are polish and I know a lot of people go to her bc she speaks polish, please find a real doctor to go to who is respectful and professional do not go to her .

Dr. Zajac has diagnosed and treated me for a number of years. I have utmost confidence in her. She listens intently to what I have to say and treats my “whole” being.

This was my first visit with Dr. Zajac . She listened to me, asked questions and completed a routine exam that the nurse had started. I appreciated that when my blood work came back she wanted it repeated in 6mos. after another visit.
