Erica Erb's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Erb has been my primary doctor for a long time. I visit her once a year for my annual check-up. Each visit I always feel comfortable talking to her. She pays attention, shows eye contact, and cares for her patients. She even asks me how I am doing in my day to day life aside from my health. I was recently in her office and she addressed the symtoms that I had and even allowed my husband in the room with us to include him in the discussions. I would recommend her to anyone who seeks honest and professional care and treatment.

Erica is a caring and professional doctor. I recommend her practice.

Dr. Erb is a great doctor. She is caring, intelligent and very helpful. She really does give the feeling of being your "primary healthcare provider" in the sense that she supports the patient regarding different aspects of their needs that stem from their health conditions. She's always been responsive to my email inquiries and very supportive. I felt in good hands under her care and recommend her. Thank you, Dr. Erb, for your care! (P.S.: I see the negative comments about the front office. They might seem rough around the edges due to how busy they might get at times, but I actually find them well-meaning, helpful and responsive.)

If I could give this office zero stars I would. The office staff is rude and inconsistent. I made an appointment online a month ago. Thinking I was scheduled for my appointment. When I arrived at the office the staff mentioned to me. They tried to reach me to cancel but there was not a number on file and oh by the way Dr. Erb is not accepting new patients. Seriously!!!! I just do not understand if there was no number on file which I doubt because a number is needed to make an appointment online.Why not try to reach the patient via email or send a letter to contact the office. This was so inconsiderate being I traveled a good 40 minutes to the doctors office.

I've been seeing Dr. Erb for about 4 years now. Have always had a good experience with this practice and appreciated the care I've received. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Was going to be a new patient but not anymore.

Had a wonderful experience on my first bisit

I see Dr. Erb for myself and have always found it refreshing that she actually takes the time to get to know her patients, their background, and what is going on in their own lives. She then refers back to this information when you see her at the next visit. My mother in law moved in with us 2 1/2 yrs ago and I brought her to Dr. Erb, she dealt with her with patience, kindness, and knowledge. She has gently coaxed her into following up with other physician's and her personal follow thru doesn't go unnoticed, even when she was going through her own personal difficulties, she called to check in on the status of my mother in law, and if there was anything she could do.(Which I may add was not mentioned by Dr.Erb). Dr. Erb is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and a breath of fresh air!
