Have had 2 procedures done by Dr Ciambotti, at both Hillsborough and Somerset locations. He is extremely professional, thorough and has a great bedside manner. Staff is supportive and helpful. Could not have asked for better experiences. Offers Televisits making it very convenient. Was easy to get appointments. Have referred family and friends who have had similar experiences

Long time patient of Dr. Ciambotti, he is always agreeable and is very clear in explaining everything. There is no fear in asking any questions as he will answer them all. I have had several colonoscopies performed by him and he was always very agreeable and gave me an excellent rundown of what was found and what our next step would be.

Br Ciambotti always takes the time to listen, he typed the discussion into his record and he reviewed it with me to ensure an accurate understanding of symptoms (which was on the report I received). The tests that were ordered helped narrow the source of the problem.

Colonoscopy performed. He is my gastroenterologist for Ulcerative Colitis. He is very thorough, listens and responds in a respectful and informative way. Nothing is rushed and he leaves you confident that you are receiving appropriate treatment. A very kind and friendly man.

Dr. Ciambotti is an excellent, knowledgeable physician with years of experience and it shows. My endoscopy went so smooth and the staff at DHC were professional and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Highly recommend Dr. Ciambotti and DHC in Hillsborough.

As a new patient who has had many colonoscopies before my previous gastroenterologist retired, I found Dr Ciambotti, his staff, the facility very caring, professional and available for any concerns at any time.

I would never recommend Dr. Ciambotti to anyone! His exam was extremely rough! I've had that exam done every year by my gynecologist for the past 30 years & she is always very gentle. I went to a proctologist after seeing Dr. Ciambotti to make sure everything was okay after his terrible exam & the proctologist said that I have a tear on the outside. The proctologist's exam was also very gentle but Dr. Ciambotti's very fast & violent exam was the cause of this. Dr. Ciambotti said he was checking for blood & that was the reason for the exam but the irony is that he caused me to have bleeding whereas there was no bleeding before his exam. What ever happened to "At first, do no harm?!" When he completed the exam, I said "Ouch! That really hurt!" He was very insensitive, showed no empathy & has no response to that. He was also very insensitive to do such a harsh exam after I told him I had been sick & had diarrhea.

Made an appointment that was given a month away. The day prior received a text to call office without any specific comments. Called office 15 min prior to office closing time and nobody picked up the phone. Called again in the morning of the day of my appointment and was told that they've changed my schedule for today. When I said that I cannot make this new time I had to reschedule the visit. Looking through the schedule I was offered next available time one month from now. No regard for patient's time at all not for the problem that patient might have. I would not recommend this practice all together.
