Avoid this ill informed "Dr." If at all possible. Hopefully he will retire with his fortune before he hurts anyone else.

I do not recommend this place the work team are totally unpleasant people and when you call they are the same, the place is a mess it looks dirty and messy, the Doctor showed no interest in seeing me today was my second appointment but it was not how I expected so I am looking a doctor is because I don't feel well and I need help, so I will look for another Doctor.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor and his staff in my 55 years on this planet. His office manager is rude and does not listen. The entire office is incredibly disorganized and there is no concern shown for patients needs. Worst care anywhere.

Worst office staff and disorganized doctor. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor or his staff. 5 days after my appointment in his office of chaos, my prescription still has not been sent in and I need it to walk. I called and his office person was rude, put me on hold several times and hung up on me twice, only to ultimately tell me that it was already sent in last week when I know for a fact that it was not. They don't listen, and they don't care. Find a different rheumatologist.

Was my doctor for over 20 years. During those years I found Dr. Storch kind, compassionate, and helpful. I never had an issue with him personally...until I attempted to make an appointment last December. I called and made an appointment. Several minutes later the receptionist called back and stated that she cancelled my appointment and that Dr. Storch no longer wanted me as a patient. She also added that he would not be filling out the Disability form that the State requested he complete on my behalf either. Up until that point Dr. Storch and I had a wonderful ongoing doctor / patient relationship. I trusted him. So I asked her why he was doing this and she couldn't give an answer. I went down to the office in person to obtain an answer as to why I was being treated this way and to get copies of my medical records. I was met by his office manager / wife who wouldn't tell me why her husband would no longer see me AND told me they destroyed my medical records. She said that they destroy all medical records after 2 1/2 years after a patient was last seen. My last appt. was within that timeframe. I would have made an appointment sooner, however I put my health last to take care of both of my parents (terminal illnesses that they both died from). In the state of NJ ALL doctors must keep copies of medical records for a minimum of 7 years. When I asked why he wouldn't fill out the Disability paperwork she said that her husband doesn't have time. In other words he, a doctor, doesn't care or have time to take care of his patient's needs. When I told her about my parents and my situation, she showed ZERO compassion. I also found it interesting that when I called to make the appointment the receptionist mentioned a date that they say I was last seen on. How would she been able to know that information if my records were destroyed? I have since sent a written, formal request for copies of my medical records (my general practitioner made a request as well). We're still waiting - since January. Part of taking care of your patients IS completing necessary forms and paperwork so your patients can receive benefits. Not doing so will affect their livelihoods and their ability to pay their bills. Taking care of your patients doesn't end when they leave your office - it is continuous. ***"Update... several months ago I had to finally call the NJ State Medical Board - a rep there called Dr. Storch's office herself to get him to release my medical records. He released them A.S.A.P. - funny, they went from "we destroyed them" to "we found them" as soon as the medical board contacted them. So if THIS doctor, or ANY doctor for that matter refuses to release your records...CALL the NJ State Medical Board and report them. By LAW you are entitled to your medical records... PERIOD.

I love Dr Storch. He is easy to talk to and helps with my pain and listens when I have concerns. His staff however, is AWFUL. One issue after another and their attitude says you should be grateful we will see you. I have tried to deal with their push back because I like Dr Storch but I have reached my limit and I have to find another Dr.

Love Dr Storch. He is an excellent doctor. He takes time to talk to mom and I when mom has an appointment with him. He is friendly, caring and super knowledgeable. Mom has been seeing Dr Storch for a little over 2 years. She continues to feel better and her overall health is excellent. I highly recommend this doctor that mom and I consider a friend. THANK YOU❤👍

This is very bad practice. Dr and the staff are highly incompetent. My mom visited this Dr three weeks ago and they struggle to send prescription to pharmacist till now. Seems like they don't care about patient. Calling Insurance company and filing complaints. Also calling lawyer since they have failed to perform their duty to care for the patient diligently.

Receptionist is clearly incompetent. Original appointment was the middle of the month. Due to their vacation time they need to reschedule. Moved a week later. Now that date needs to be rescheduled because they made a "mistake". She made the second appointment. Now the appointment is made for a whole month later. I asked for her name she made some excuse she had a person in front of her and hung up. Disgusting.
