She is very nice to patients and remembers the patients and their medical history. She speaks with patients good and clarify the questions so well . She is my primary physician to me and my husband from past 2 years.

I went to Dr. Merchant for 2 years. I make sure to keep a close watch on my blood work. My vitamin D and B12 levels were within range in 2021. In 2022, the doc said “I can’t check for Vitamin D and B12 every year” so she didn’t include it in the panel. I knew I had to switch to a doc who would allow me take care of my overall health. I just got blood work done with a new doctor and I am dangerously low in Vitamin D.

Excellent doctor, highly recommended. Attentive, calming and easy to talk to. Works collaboratively with you on treatments.

Her office is handling the pandemic very well! One way in, a different way exiting; 1 patient in the waiting room at a time, then they wipe down after you leave each room. Big plus is they're doing blood work in office so don't have to goto a crowded lab. Been a patient over a decade. I haven't been in the office sent covid and today the visit felt good and safe.

We have been going to this practice for years never really had a problem till recently. I needed meningitis vaccines to go out of country quickly so I asked her how long does it take them to get the vaccines and if there is a rushed option. She specifically said they can get a rushed order in 24 hours. Now it has been 2 weeks and I still have not had my vaccines and I am getting delayed for submitting my documents to the agency. I am very disappointed by this unreliable behavior.

Excellent!!! If you are looking for someone who is thorough and an excellent primary doctor, she's the one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merchant's for many years. She has always been courteous, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond regarding care. She is a great listener and will suggest healthy lifestyle choices rather than medicate symptoms away. She encourages a dialogue with her patients unlike other physicians who barely give you 2 minutes of their time. I wouldn't trade her for the world!

I am 50/50 on her. I just am not sure if she will be over medicating a little bit too much. I think she is very friendly and seems very thorough in her evaluation, however my husband is in his 30's and his something in his blood work showed up a little bit high after 2 checks. and instead of telling him that he really needs to start exercising and eating better, she told him she wants him to start on medication. I feel like she should have worked with him to figure out if his lifestyle is what is causing this spark or if he doing everything right and it is still not working. OR if she had said listen this if you can not get this level down by the next appointment we will need to start you on the medication. Considering his age, I believe she really should have suggested an alternative to medication.
