This office bearly operates. Half the time, no one answers the calls. Doctor availability is very rare not because she is busy its because they are in vacations or scared to see the patients with virus going around.

Dr. Thakur is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen to her patients and her diagnosis is accurate. She is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. I'm happy to have her as my PCP.

Dr Ranjana Thakur has been my Doctor since 2018.I am very much pleased with her ,she is good listener for the patient ,very compassionate,have been constant touch for more than one year due to my back surgery and have been through very responsive to my visits . My surgeon has done the surgery and did not take cate of post care as my Dr Ranjana Thakur did! We are very thankful to Dr Ranjana Thakur during this difficult time.I will highly recommend her as their primary Doctor.

She doesn't do much, have been misdiagnosed on a few occasions there, its not worth waiting or paying for her "expertise". She is nice but thats about it

I love this doctor she never makes you wait and if there is a wait it's on like 20 minutes. I hope that I will never have to go to another practice ever again and spend at the very least an hour if waiting for a 10 or 15 minute visit. She is a caring and sincere person who has all the qualities a Dr. should.

Don't expect to get a call back from this doctor because it doesn't happen. Her hours for seeing patients changes day to day. Very unprofessional to say the least with no regard for the patients well being.

Absolutely horrible. Been dealing with her only because my 90 year old mother in law has been at Somerset Medical Ctr a few times and her primary does not have privileges there. She was paged over 15 times on one day without a return call. Was responsible for getting an orthopedist to evaluate her and stated that was a condition of discharge to rehab. Ortho never showed up and she discharged anyway.

Dr. Thakur is a TERRIBLE Dr. Very difficult to deal with! Doesn't return Tel calls. Fax machine doesn't work.... Trying to get medications refilled... Medicine Suppliers cannot reach her fax!!! Staff lies all the time, saying they didn't receive fax and/or can't find fax from Cigna home deliver, & now Walmart Home Delivery. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. In addition, doesn't examine patient in office visit... just talks & smile...
