I really hate to give three stars because the actual doctor here is excellent. BUT the receptionist sometimes lacks professionalism. I have a family member that also goes here and sometimes when the receptionist can’t get ahold of me she will reach out to that family member. I am not in contact with this family member anymore, and do not want them knowing my where abouts. I need a dermatology office that I can trust.

I went there for the first time because I was looking for an individual doctor or private practice not part if a group on the assumption I would better care. I was disappointed. I will never go back again to that place, nor would I recommend it. He spent with me 3 minutes. His office does not return call. I sent him an email, but never got an answered. This was for a follow up after I sent him some documents from my previous doctor. All in all, it was a terrible experience communicating with his office.

Dr Ilowite is always very thoughtful and thorough with my. He even personally call me the day after a procedure to see how I was doing.

Dr. Ilowite was considerate, compassionate, and gentle throughout our appointment. He also personally called me to explain my test results and offer advice. I have never had a doctor who seemed to actual care about my health outcomes before, and I really appreciated the care Dr. Ilowite provided.

I went in to see Dr. Ilowite for a few different issues. Each time, he has been nothing short of excellent. He’s is very personable and passionate about his line of work and is always willing to help with any question I may present. The office secretary is also wonderful. I highly recommend this doctor, one on one patient care is absolutely presented.
