After I moved, I decided to try out this office and I will not be going anywhere else.Visits are quick and painless and Dr. Beja conveys information in a quick and digestible manner. It's also convenient that I can pick out frames right in the office. The turnaround time can be so quick too! On my last visit I got two pairs of glasses in 24 hours. I also never had a problem with billing or getting receipts.I cannot compare to other eye doctors in the area but I am more than satisfied with Dr. Beja.

I visited Hillsdale Eye Care for the first time for a routine eye exam. I was able to complete the patient forms online at home. The doctor took me right away. He was friendly and informative. I was in and out in 17 minutes. I'll definitely be back!

Dr Beja is the best! His staff is amazing, I've called with last minute emergencies, they have always squeezed me in!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Beja and Hillsdale Eyecare. I recently injured my eye badly and was in desperate need of an eye doctor. As it was later in the afternoon on a Saturday, my usual eye doctor was unable to see me before closing for the day. Dr. Beja stayed open until I was able to get to his office as, based on the symptoms I had described on the phone, he knew what I had done and how painful it was. He treated me that day, opened the office the next morning (Sunday) just to check on me, and saw me several more times over the following two weeks until I had fully healed. I am ever grateful for his time and attention, and would heartily endorse his services to anyone.

I just switched to Dr.Beja's office and I can't believe how awesome a doctor and staff could be. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. I could sit and talk all day with them. Never felt rushed or like "just another patient". Dr.Beja was informative and thorough. He told me more about my health in a 30 minute visit than any former dr. did. He was sure to explain why I needed to take certain medications and how/why it will help. I really feel like him and his office has my best interest to correct a health problem instead of just having me come back over and over with no progress.

In January, I went there to get a routine check up. With my insurance, I have to pay $10 for copay for the annual check up. They told me that I have a deductible so I had to pay a few hundred $s.So, before I got the exam I called the insurance company and made the representative explain that I just needed to pay the copay and NO DEDUCTIBLE for the annual check up to the receptionist. The receptionist DID NOT understand so it took a while to get the exam. The receptionist went back and forth to talk to the doctor about the phone conversation. Maybe the doctor didn't get it either. Finally, the receptionist understood what was going on and said that I should pay $10 for the ANNUAL check up. So, I paid $10.I had to argue and the representative had to argue with the receptionist (what a waste!) And, the service was not pleasant at all. The machine looked OLD.. not updated...The worst part of the visit is that they DID NOT claim to the insurance company correctly so I got the bill which is $275. They billed as a diagnostic exam, not a ROUTINE exam(Annual check up, which I mentioned MORE THAN 10 TIMES)If you go there(just find other honest doctor, because I strongly felt like they wanted to charge me deductible), make sure that they do the paper work correctly.Thank you for reading.
