Excelente pediatra pero el peor servicio a los padres , fatal el tiempo de espera. dan las citas a una hora y puedes llegar a esperar más de dos horas después de tu hora de cita programada .

Dr.Llaverias es genial. Ella pasa el tiempo necesario con los pacientes y responde a todas sus preguntas.CONTRAS: increíble tiempo de espera. El tiempo de espera con cita es de qde 1,5 a 2 horas de espera, sin cita previa de 5 a 6 horas. La oficina está limpia. El personal podría ser un poco más profesional y más consciente de su entorno, ya que a veces parece que están tratando de evitar cualquier contacto con los pacientes para evitar preguntas sobre el tiempo de espera.Y el personal habla mal de los pacientes a escondidas

Dr.Llaverias is great, I love her! She spends the necessary time with patients and answers all your questions.CONS: Unbelievable wait time. With an appointment 1.5 to 2 hours wait, walk-ins 5-6hours. The office is clean. The staff could be a little more professional and more aware of their surroundings since at times it seems like they are trying to avoid any contact with patients to avoid questions about the waiting time.

La Dra. Llaverias es doctora de mi hijos por 9 años, ella es una persona amable y dedicada a sus pacientes ella esta ahy cada vez que mis hijos la necesitan, y lo mas importante que mis hijos se sienten muy confortable con ella cada vez que la visitan.💖 Mi hija la ama!!

Dr.Llaverias is awesome! I love her, she's very professional and knowledgeable of her work. The staff on the other hand, is very unprofessional and patients are not treated respectfully. To make an appointment is usually 2 months wait, yet your appointment time is not respected. Be prepared to wait min 2hours with an appointment. Thibking of walking in? Be sure to take the day off from work because you are facing a 5-6 hour wait. I've been dealing with this for 9years!
