Andrzej Klos's Online Review Report Card

Just called to make my child an appointment with Klos - my child was rejected because he hasn’t recently been seen - they wouldn’t even take him as a new patient - doctor Klos knows and met my son several times but the Secretary just denied me and hung up - so where do I take my child ?

Best Pediatrician in Hoboken, NJ. Takes his time to go over your child's health. You might have to wait a bit to see him but it is because he takes his time. Not rushed. Experienced and up to date with all the latest scientific data out there. Can't recommend enough.

From his staff to himself the best hands down. Won't change him for any other dr.

Not a good experience

The ladies that you have out front should be fired. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. My children have been coming to Dr. Klos since they were toddlers and I have never seen this type of rude and intolerable behavior. This is the third time I have come here and the reception desk is utter chaos. The patients are should be greeted with professionalism. I understand it is sometimes busy, but they are doing all the work very loudly in the reception area. It is disturbing an extremely unattractive. Please do better. Dr. Klos is an excellent doctor and this atmosphere takes away from the experience.

He is been my son’s pediatrician since he was 2 weeks, completed 2 yrs now. Dr. Klos is always to the point, no unnecessary comments or scares. Very knowledgeable. I trust him completely.. unless he is not worried , I am not worried lol.The nurses are great too.. they are friendly and always talk sweetly to babies..Just that the wait for visits is little longer but I understand with kids , it’s difficult to be on time!!

Nurses are amazing & so is Dr.klos , I've never had any issues making an appointment even at times walking in . My son has been seen by him since he was 6month and is now 7 years old. He always on point whenever seeing him and knows exactly what he's doing and I trust him 100% . No matter how far I moved I wouldn't change doctors.

Dr. Klos has been my child's pediatrician since birth (14 yrs) always accurate with every visit...Amazing stafff...I trust him...He's the absolutely bestttt !!!

My little one just had her first appointment at this office! We spent two dreadful months at another office that I did not like at all! But anyways, the staff is amazing! If I could remember names, I’d give each one a review!! The doctor is so amazing and knowledgeable. I do not at all regret changing my daughter’s pediatrician! He knows what he’s talking about, he’s informative, and he’s willing to answer all the questions! I love this office!! Thank you guys for such a great first impression!! Everyone is amazing!

When you come in the office see if I’m lien the receptionist women are rude. They do not greet you when you walk in. & when u ask a question they act frustrated. The doctor did not want to see my child as a patient because he told his staff to tell me that the the doctor office where I was at before with my son was taking good care of him. If it was so good we would not have been at his office. Not only that but Dr.klaus couldn’t even come out to explain to me why he denying my son as a patient. The first time I ever hear a doctor deny a patient off medical documents. I believe he did not want to take my son because of the amount of work he was going to have to put into his medical conditions. The doctor could have deny my son as a patient but it was done so unprofessional. They did not even give me a good reason on why the doctor denied him after they had me waiting and scheduled me for an appointment.
