paid $500 due to out of network doctor and Dr. Feliciano did not even come to see me...

i was in pain for two weeks prior to meeting dr. feliciano. when he “examined” me, he only did simple movement tests, brushing off my pain as tendonitis in my shoulder and arm and telling me to do PT for the following few weeks. after 3 weeks of PT, i was in even more pain, so i went to get a second opinion. they actually x-rayed me and sent me to get an mri. it turns out i have degenerative cervical disc disease and a severely herniated disc in my neck. i regret going to dr. feliciano before my new one. i have been in so much pain for 7+ weeks now, and finding out that my situation was much more serious than originally diagnosed frustrates me so much. i feel as though the time in between did nothing but make it worse. other than that, the office and PT staff at the spine and sports health center are amazing at what they do.

Dr. Feliciano is very professional, kind and caring. He doesn’t rush you and listens carefully to all your concerns.. I have always felt comfortable at every visit. His office is immaculately clean and his staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Short wait time upon arrival always. After every visit I leave the office feeling happy. To me that’s priceless!

First off the staff is amazing, and the doctors are fantastic! Then explain, listen ,and are there when you need them. Highly recommend. Dr. Feliciano is amazing.

The diagnosis is explained well . Goes through the results of MRI, showing the details of injury. Informs you of options and possible results, The Doctor isn’t quick to jump into surgery. The staff is extremely understanding and helpful.

Doctor was very honest and gave me all my options. He answered all my questions and was very personable. Highly recommend Dr. Feliciano

First I’d like to say how clean and friendly the place and staff are. They are all informative and helpful. Dr. Feliciano is very nice and an easy going doctor to talk to. He seems extremely honest and caring on what he does. Nobody ever looks forward to visiting a doctor but I feel comfortable the two times I’ve been there and I’ll feel just as comfortable for my upcoming physical therapy and follow up visits.

The best Ortho around !! The doctor and staff were simply great ! I was trying for an ortho for almost a week and every where else was all 2 layer answering systems and complicated.. and that’s when I tried this from google reviews and they were more than what it said on google .. the doc and staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. doctor Ed is very knowledgeable, friendly and diagnosed my son with utmost care and he was all patient enough to understand our sports concerns with the injury and gave the best advice that we felt confident and comfortable to walk out ! Folks I would highly recommend dr Ed for any ortho issues.. you won’t regret and forgot to add they do value your time ! I normally hate hospital visits, but this place , they made me feel home !! Thank you !!

Great doctor , very down to earth and personable. His surgical team were amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. highly recommended

Dr Feliciano performed 2 failed knee surgeries on me i tried telling him every visit afterwards that there was something wrong he kept saying it will take time after 3 mths of being told this he finally did an xray to learn thst my knee replacement had failed resulting in me a needing a revised total knee replacement. Im still having issues After 2 years due to this mistake.
