I highly recommend JAG-ONE, the whole team is very professional and friendly, Anna is an excellent physical therapist, and Ben's care is truly personalized. I'm very happy with the results!

Enjoyed working with Anna, my physical therapist. Location is clean and convenient and I enjoy supporting local businesses. HOWEVER, billing practices were deceiving and after having sent three detailed letters to both the Hoboken location and their Billing Service (one hand delivered to the Hoboken office) since October, with no response, I would recommend using another provider to save on aggravation alone. Jag One confirmed my insurance coverage prior to me scheduling my first few appointments but now wish to change that arrangement after services were rendered and charge $270 more than what was agreed upon. Bait and switch, perhaps? I have provided multiple opportunities for a response to address the issue, but nobody has bothered to acknowledge my letters or reach out via email or phone to resolve the discrepancy. Not the way I like to do business.

Highly recommend JAG-ONE Physical Therapy Hoboken location! My physical therapist, Anna Palkin and her assistant Ben worked with me to regain my strength after my knees injuries. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly!

I've only had a few appointments there but they have been 15 minutes late to start multiple times. After leaving after 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby for the second time in a row, I received a call from the front desk with a Masterclass of excuses:"Its a busier time so its hard to make sure there is a table available, so you should schedule a time when its less busy""You are not the only patient that comes in at that time, unfortunately""its like a restaurant, you cant control when its busy or not"The restaurant analogy is a flawed and their "you should schedule a different time" reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where "they are great at taking reservations, but not keeping the reservations".On a positive note, when I do get past the lobby, the physical therapist is solid and the place is very clean and has great equipment.
