Robert Strell's Online Review Report Card

I was a patient of Dr. Strell for about six month from the Fall of 2022 through the Winter of 2023. He was invaluable in assisting me in getting the proper treatment for my lower back pain and sciatica. I ended up seeing multiple specialists and having surgery which has been life changing. Dr. Strell assisted me in making sense of the various diagnoses and selecting the surgeon who ended up operating. His guidance was invaluable. Compassionate and highly skilled! His office is very well run and each appointment, as well as the numerous phone inquiries, were all handled promptly and professionally.

All it takes is one appointment with Dr. Strell to confirm what all of these reviews say. He is incredibly compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He knows the limits and only does what needs to be done. No unnecessary procedures. He is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and the staff at the office match that level as well. Thank you, Dr. Strell, you do a service to the profession.

As a 48 year old father of two, I have found my energy and motivation, dwindling away, over the years as many guys do. Yes, I have seen the commercials for Low T and tried them all but nothing worked. Fortunately, I ran into another school dad, who I hadn't seen in months but he looked like a new man! I have been doing the Hormone Replacement Therapy with Pellets for some time and few months ago I met Dr Strell, he is an excellent professional very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions .Best anti-aging treatment I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Dr Strell is a fantastic doctor. About 15 yrs ago I had a life changing back injury. During the initial failed back surgeries and resulting chronic nerve pain I was referred to him by my PCP. In retrospect his kindness, compassion, and help with physical therapy referrals and medication management really helped during a rough time. His physiatry knowledge is also second to none. He is a careful listener and an excellent practitioner. And was the first to say if any discomfort sounded outside my regular limits and may require an EMG, etc. Chronic pain is a difficult way to live. Dr Strell and Monica are two bright lights put here to help ppl. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Dr. Strell enough. I went to him after having chronic back pain for YEARS. I was referred from an orthopedic doctor who recommended I get steroid injections in my back. While Dr. Strell offered to do the procedure, he first recommended I read a book called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. Sarno about the mind-body connection. I was a little skeptical (and in a lot of pain), but I took his advice and read the book. It did not have an immediate impact, but once I finished the book (including the patient letters, which I found very helpful), my back pain went away completely. As I type this, I am comfortably sitting at my desk at work, which is something I was never able to do before. I've been seeing different types of doctors for years, and the proposed solution has always been more treatment, more money spent, etc., with no real results. Dr. Strell is the first person who seemed more interested in actually healing my pain than just treating the symptoms. This is the type of doctor people need to see. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr. Strell.

Doctor Strell is an excellent pain management doctor. He has empathy and understanding and listens before making any assessments. His receptionist Stacey is also a wonderful help in any way needed.
