I had a great experience doing IVF with Dr. Wolf. She is knowledgeable, kind and wants you to be informed. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she takes time out of her schedule to call you personally. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be pregnant with my baby girl and I am eternally grateful to her and everyone at URA.
My experience with URA was okay. My experience after URA has been terrible. I reached out to make an appointment with Dr Green. A little while later, I heard back from their billing dept who advised that my insurance would not cover reproductive care. I was somewhat familiar with this and not too surprised, but as I was also looking for an OB, I asked if I could still see the doctor on a strictly ONGYN basis. I scheduled a virtual consultation with the doctor and we discussed this. I had subsequent conversations with billing and it was determined that I'd be able to obtain some limited services at URA, but that no services would be provided that would be coded as reproductive care. This was perfectly acceptable to me. Fast forward several months and I start receiving bills in the mail in the amount of $605. I start getting calls from collections agencies and let them know that I dispute this amount as invalid and that I did not receive any reproductive care and only received covered obgyn services. Fast forward again to the collections account being reported to credit agencies. Wtf?? After so many conversations with their office about what would be covered and what wouldn't, I'm just so annoyed. I'm not in medical billing, so I trusted the doctor and their office to only schedule me for covered services, as the office assured me multiple times. I regret ever visiting URA and wouldn't recommend it.
Nice staff
Fast, clean and caring.
I have had a series of very unpleasant experiences with this clinic and decided not to move forward with them because they clearly do not care for or value their patients. It started with me requesting an appointment through their website. The appointment was confirmed but then canceled less than 24 hrs before the appointment because the doctor, Kavitha Persuad, had to prioritize a procedure over my appointment. Why did they even schedule me in if she already had a procedure scheduled, that is a different question. When the time for the rescheduled appointment has finally arrived (it was a web tele call that was later billed as an office or outpatien visit), Kavitha did not try to understand why I was contacting her for help. Instead, she made some assumptions that were very superficial and ungrounded. Moving on, she said I could just show up at a certain time window at their Hoboken office for blood work, which I did. There I was met with a grim and told that they could not draw my blood and the doctor's directions were incorrect. When I insisted that those were the doctor's exact directions, they eventually took me in. Weird. Next, their further instructions about how to proceed were extremely conflicting and unclear. I have not heard from the doctor again. The nurse called yesterday, almost a month later, to tell me that she just saw my messages in the patient's portal and that the doctor will address my blood work results during my next visit. I assume another tele visit. The most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the amounts billed are in discrepancy with the services provided. They have not won my trust with such an important step in my life and I am moving on.
There are not enough nice things I can say about the staff and Dr (Doctor Wolf) at this practice. They handle everything with such kindness and efficiency. I love that Dr. Wolf was present for every single scan -- no situations where a tech does the scan and you have to wait all day for the outcome (common at other practices). Dr Wolf has been doing this a long time and it's clear that she is such an expert in the field. They answered every one of the million questions I had throughout my experience here, always with patience and grace. I feel really lucky to have found this group, and I couldn't recommend them more.
URA is kind and caring they have a wonderful staff and excellent doctors. I have been a patient for quite a while now they certainly strive for the very best for their patients. I recommend URA to anyone who is seeking help.
My first telemedicine consult was amazing. Some very heavy topics were discussed. She never once discouraged me. She was thorough. The day of my visit was amazing. She did all the testing needed and made me feel comfortable. Her staff is amazing. Kat, her MA was great. Found my vein and I didn’t feel a thing.
Everyone, as usual, looked after me very well. I always feel welcomed, even by staff, nurses and doctors who are not dealing with me, always stoping when they pass by to say hi and wish me luck, that’s just so so lovely. I was quite nervous for this transfer but the minute I saw Dr Wolf I felt considerably calmer. She is without doubt my favourite part of this journey ( hoping to replace her as favourite with a baby though, sorry!). Thank you to everyone who looked after me.
Dr. Wolf and the staff are wonderful! They always made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. They were patient and truly amazing during a very difficult emotional time. She helped me to become pregnant and I could not possibly thank her enough.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
