Dr. Salerno (Audiologist) treats you like she is your younger sister, sharing with you in easy words, what the studies showed. Dr. Bones, has a remarkable memory of your earlier visits and takes all that information to weave together a great treatment plan.

My son dr is dr Patel. He’s awesome and very gentle he also has a hearing test with one of the staff I don’t remember her name she was also excellent and she was so gentle omg . Great customer service too.

Coastal ENT is wonderful. We have visited both the Holmdel and Neptune locations. The locations are clean and inviting. But, what is even more noticable, the staff are mostly all pleasant and compassionate, especially Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel!!! Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel are both thorough, patient, empathetic, and personable. They make us feel validated and understood. The service they provide is phenomenal. I highly recommend visiting Coastal ENT.

Brought my 1-year old for a hearing test - they were wonderful and so gentle with her. Everyone I spoke to that day (the front desk staff, the audiologist, the medical asst., and the doctor) were all so friendly and helpful - the appt. couldn't have gone better. Thank you!

About their audiologists. My wife and I have been seeing Stephanie Salerno to get fitted for hearing aids. She has been efficient and helpful. I had a problem recently with my hearing aids, Stephanie wasn't available when I was, and I saw Melanie Pangilinan, who was also efficient and helpful. About their staff. There is an enormous desk area in the waiting room area and when we first visited there seemed to be too many women in it. Recently the reception staff seems to have been pared down to three women in a space big enough for six and they seem to be more efficient.
