My appointment took 5 minutes to tell me I didn't qualify for inspire and had to pay $230 for 5 minutes of their time. 2 hour drive in total.

The run around I received from office to office was insulting. First, I was introduced to a PA with limited skills and knowledge. She described a nasal valve collapse. This was in the Neptune office. Then, I went back to the same office to see the doctor. He was helpful and again informed me that I had a nasal valve collapse. He believed he could do it, but wasn’t sure if I needed cartilage to help reinforce the side. He said he would do it himself, but he wanted another doctor to look. So, finally I get sent to the Holmdel office. I meet with Dr Goldfarb. I will at least give him credit for admitting he doesn’t have the requisite skill or knowledge to help. Telling someone to “wear breathe right strips” when there is a lack of oxygen moving into the left nostril is not helpful, especially when two other “experts” have told me that the valve is collapsed. . 3 doctor visits and a month of my time wasted. Anyone with a serious nose issue, one that would require extensive experience to fix, stay away from the holmdel office. Rather than wasting a month, I could have been searching for serious specialists who can actually fix a deviated septum and a nasal valve collapse, not just tell someone to “wear breathe right strips.”

The office staff is Professional and yet, warm and kind like your own family. Dr. Salerno (Audiologist) treats you like she is your younger sister, sharing with you in easy words, what the studies showed. Dr. Bones, has a remarkable memory of your earlier visits and takes all that information to weave together a great treatment plan.

My son dr is dr Patel. He’s awesome and very gentle he also has a hearing test with one of the staff I don’t remember her name she was also excellent and she was so gentle omg . Great customer service too.

Coastal ENT is wonderful. We have visited both the Holmdel and Neptune locations. The locations are clean and inviting. But, what is even more noticable, the staff are mostly all pleasant and compassionate, especially Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel!!! Dr. Bones and Dr. Engel are both thorough, patient, empathetic, and personable. They make us feel validated and understood. The service they provide is phenomenal. I highly recommend visiting Coastal ENT.
